LeBron James and the Lakers took care of business again at home Monday night, beating the Warriors 104–101 in Game 4 to take a commanding 3–1 series lead.
Steph Curry and the defending champions are now in serious jeopardy of having their season come to an end as the series shifts back to San Francisco for Game 5 on Wednesday night.
Charles Barkley didn’t hold back on the Warriors after their loss. The NBA legend shared his feelings on their chances of coming back against the Lakers and here’s a spoiler alert—he doesn’t think they have much of a chance at all.

The Kansas City Chiefs win and if that is getting kind of frustrating because they have the best quarterback in the NFL and probably the best coach, get used to it because the reasons stretch far beyond those two obvious advantages.
The Chiefs, you see, get it.
They understand how having Patrick Mahomes and Andy Reid gives them advantages that affect the rest of the roster. So the Chiefs can, for example, lose one of the best receivers in the NFL in Tyreek Hill during an offseason and answer by signing a couple of guys for a year.
And then they win the Super Bowl.
LIV Golf’s event in Australia last month was, without question, the most successful tournament since the Saudi-backed circuit’s inception, but that doesn’t mean everyone is happy about it. Some members of the Adelaide golf course that hosted the tournament, The Grange Golf Club, are angry about the damage left behind.
Anytime a club plays host to a professional golf tournament the golf course is going to take on a bit of wear and tear and be perceived as more of a headache than an opportunity by some paying members.
Few divisions offer more intrigue than the AFC South.
For starters, the Jaguars have Trevor Lawrence emerging as a new face of the NFL. In Houston and Indianapolis, the Texans and Colts have first-round quarterbacks who could change the landscape for teams long on hope but short on recent results. Then there’s the Titans, who are always a tough out, with coach Mike Vrabel and a strong defense.
But how do the rosters stack up? None of the four teams made huge free-agent signings, but each had notable draft picks who could alter the division both now and into the future.

Dog diving is perfect television.
“Ain’t no rule says a dog can’t play basketball.” Such a classic line from a classic movie. That’s from Disney’s 1997 hit Air Bud if you somehow couldn’t draw the conclusion.
For me, that’s about as far as things went for dogs in organized athletics. I know that they do dog shows every year.
ATOP A BARSTOOL INSIDE THE ANGRY BEAVER—When Tim Pipes arrived for work one afternoon five years ago, one of his employees told him someone named Todd had called. He asked for the caller’s last name, and when the employee said it started L-E-I, Pipes burst out laughing. This wasn’t some random Todd. This was Tod Leiweke, CEO of Seattle’s new hockey team, calling the city’s first—and, at that point, only—hockey bar.
A few weeks later, on Feb. 28, 2018, Leiweke stopped in for a pint. Pipes remembers the exact date because, the next day, someone bought the first Kraken ticket.
Oddsmakers believe Wisconsin won’t waste any time before bouncing back in Luke Fickell’s first season.
The Badgers haven’t been truly competitive since the 2019 season, and after the 2022 campaign got off to an embarrassing start, Paul Chryst was fired.
Luke Fickell was poached from Cincinnati and he’s now in charge in Madison. Fans have high expectations, and do the sportsbooks.
Luke Fickell faces huge expectations with the Wisconsin Badgers.
San Francisco Giants broadcaster Mike Krukow weighed in on Glen Kuiper’s on-air slip up, but did so in a slightly bizarre fashion.
Kuiper has been suspended indefinitely by the Oakland A’s after he accidentally said the n-word while attempting to say Negro Leagues Museum during a pregame broadcast.
A clearly destroyed Kuiper was suspended indefinitely one day after his on-air remarks. Later in the broadcast he apologized for his error.

File this under ‘feel good.’ NFL free agent and tight end Foster Moreau is confident he’ll beat cancer just a month after being diagnosed with Hodgkin’s Lymphoma.
The New Orleans Saints also believe in Moreau’s recovery and have reportedly extended a contract offer to the 26-year-old amid his battle with cancer.
According to WWL-TV’s Brooke Kirchhofer, the Saints have extended an offer to Moreau amid his battle with cancer. New Orleans is saying that Moreau may be ready to go for the 2023-24 season. The TE himself said he’s aiming to be back to football by October.
Tommy Kuhl, a fifth-year senior at Illinois and two-time All-Big Ten player, shot a 62 in a US Open local qualifier. After firing what was the course record to advance to sectional qualifying, the college golfer realized he had broken a rule and decided to disqualify himself.
Kuhl didn’t realize he had broken a rule until he went out to watch his teammate Adrien Dumont De Chassart competing in a playoff for the final spot to advance. According to Monday Q, another teammate made a comment about the aerated greens they played on, and then it hit Kuhl, he realized he had broken a rule.
