Apparently, it didn’t take long for Odell Beckham Jr. and Lamar Jackson to celebrate the wide receiver’s new contract. Cameras caught the two NFL stars at LIV nightclub in Miami Beach on Sunday night, just hours after Beckham announced his one-year deal with the Ravens with an Instagram post of his baby son wearing a Baltimore jersey. 
Soon after that, Jackson posted a screenshot of him FaceTiming with Beckham. Not surprisingly, the NFL world speculated about the gesture. Jackson revealed he requested a trade from the team on March 2.

Timberwolves center Rudy Gobert has been suspended for the team’s play-in game against the Lakers on Tuesday night, according to Shams Charania of The Athletic.
In Minnesota’s final regular-season game Sunday, Gobert was caught on camera swinging at teammate Kyle Anderson on the bench during a timeout, right after Anderson apparently told Gobert to “shut the f— up, b—-” during an argument. Gobert then was sent to the locker room, but at halftime, the argument between the two continued.
Minnesota then sent Gobert home from the arena.

When the Los Angeles Lakers host the Minnesota Timberwolves in the play-in tournament on Tuesday night, Rudy Gobert will not be on the floor. The Timberwolves have suspended Gobert one game after he appeared to throw a punch at teammate Kyle Anderson during a timeout huddle in the regular season finale on Sunday.
Gobert was sent home from the game following the punch, and did not play in the second half. The winner of the Lakers-Timberwolves game will get the No.

The Commanders must pay more than $600,000 after settling a lawsuit with the District of Columbia attorney general’s office regarding the alleged mishandling of season-ticket deposits, attorney general Brian L. Schwalb announced Monday.
According to Schwalb, the Commanders didn’t return deposits from season-ticket holders and made it difficult for fans to get refunds, in violation of D.C.’s Consumer Protection Procedures Act. As a result, Washington must pay approximately $200,000 to those who were impacted and $425,000 to the District of Columbia.

The Cardinals have heard from at least six other teams interested in acquiring the No. 3 pick in the 2023 NFL draft from Arizona, ESPN’s Adam Schefter reported Monday.
Those six teams have yet to be named. The Cardinals have not decided whether to trade the pick, according to Schefter.
The current NFL draft order has the Panthers with the No. 1 overall pick, followed by the Texans, Cardinals, Colts and Seahawks rounding out the top five picks.

George Kliavkoff and PAC-12 leaders are attempting to negotiate a new media deal. So far, one hasn’t been reached, and there are dueling narratives about the state of the situation.
