This weekend’s Abu Dhabi Grand Prix was expected to be the final Formula 1 race for Esteban Ocon with Alpine. Earlier this season the driver announced that he would be leaving the team at the end of the year, and driving for Haas in 2025, making the season finale his last race with Alpine.

Tiger Woods touched on the current negotiations between the PGA Tour and the Saudi PIF. His remarks say it all.
At last year’s Hero World Challenge, Tiger Woods said he hoped a deal between the PGA Tour and the Saudi Public Investment Fund (PIF), LIV Golf’s backer, would be completed by December 31, 2023. The tour and the PIF set that date as the original deadline, exciting the golf world that the two sides would reach an agreement by then.

One name is sparking a major conversation stemming from the player’s dark history.
Playing for Len Dawson’s Chiefs, Chiefs left tackle Jim Tyrer gained recognition as a Hall of Fame-bound player. 
The 6-foot-6 LT led a sensational career, finishing with three AFL titles and a Super Bowl win with the Chiefs in 1970. He was a player well on his way to Canton, which was known even during his playing days (1961-1974).
