It didn’t take long for things to get weird on College GameDay this season.
ESPN’s flagship pregame show traveled to Charlotte for Saturday’s battle between North Carolina and South Carolina in the Duke’s Mayo Classic. The broadcast featured crazed fans on both sides, but one fan in particular might have taken things a little too far.
While headed to a commercial break, the broadcast showed one fan, without a shirt on, taking a bath in mayonnaise (presumably Duke’s brand) to show off his enthusiasm. The result was one of the most disgusting visuals you will see all season.

Michigan is playing without head coach Jim Harbaugh today, but fans watching on television would’ve thought he was lost for the season.
The Wolverines athletic department decided to hand down a self-imposed three-game suspension to Harbaugh for his role in an NCAA recruiting investigation. The school was trying to get out in-front of any further punishment down the road, so they are keeping Jim Harbaugh off the sidelines for the first three games.
But, if you were watching the Michigan vs. East Carolina game, the Wolverines were acting as if Harbaugh was never returning to the sidelines.

Michigan will take the field for Saturday’s opener against ECU without coach Jim Harbaugh, who is set to begin a self-imposed three-game suspension for alleged recruiting infractions.
Though the two-time defending Big Ten champs may be without their sideline leader, one of their leaders on the field is making sure Harbaugh’s name doesn’t go forgotten as the 2023 season gets underway.
Wolverines quarterback J.J. McCarthy proudly led his team off the bus Saturday morning while wearing a makeshift “Free Harbaugh” t-shirt.

These days, there are a number of umpires in Major League Baseball who aren’t very good at their job.
Ángel Hernández reminded fans why he might be the worst of the bunch after a terrible performance in the Blue Jays’ 13-9 win against the Rockies on Friday night at Coors Field. He missed 21 calls in the game, according to Umpire Auditor on X.
Hernández’s most glaring blunder occurred when he failed to called an obvious third strike from Rockies pitcher Chris Flexen against the Blue Jays’ Danny Jansen in the top of the sixth inning with one out and one runner on first.

College football fans chose Fox’s Big Noon Kickoff over College GameDay Saturday morning because, well, some were forced to.
Because of the ongoing Disney-Spectrum feud, those who use Spectrum for their TV-viewing needs lost access to ESPN days ago. So, as the two sides work towards a new agreement, those who wanted their Week 1 college football fix flipped over to the other college kickoff show.
And, you know what? It’s probably time to stay there, too. Stick around, folks. It’s much better over here, and that’s coming from a College GameDay truther.
