Well the recent shooting at the Chicago White Sox game continues to get even weirder.
During Friday’s home game against the Oakland A’s, two fans were reportedly struck by bullets in the left field bleachers.

Video of the incident made its way to social media, as you can see several fans stand up and look surprised in the middle of their section, near the walkway.

In an effort to shed salary, the Angels have reportedly placed five players on waivers.
Pitchers Lucas Giolito, Reynaldo López and Matt Moore and outfielders Randal Grichuk and Hunter Renfroe have all been exposed to the waiver process, according to a Tuesday afternoon report from Jeff Passan of ESPN. Any of the five players can be claimed for free beginning Thursday.
Los Angeles is 63–69, 12 and 1/2 games out of first place in the AL West and 11 and 1/2 games out of the league’s third wild card slot.

Nebraska tight end Arik Gilbert is in a world of trouble.
Gilbert, 21, was arrested early Tuesday on suspicion of burglary after breaking into SJ’s Liquor and Vape Shop in Lincoln. Gilbert allegedly stole $1,672 worth of products, including cigars and vapes.
Authorities booked Gilbert at Lancaster County Jail. Bond was set at $5,000.

The New England Patriots underwent significant turnover this past offseason.

White House Press Secretary Karine Jean-Pierre got all kinds of discombobulated when asked about the White House’s position on transgender athletes in women’s sports.
FOX Business’ Hillary Vaughn asked Jean-Pierre about a statement made by Republican presidential candidate Nikki Haley.
That statement was “The idea that we have biological boys playing girls sports. It is the women’s issue of our time.”
Vaughn simply asked if the President of the United States agreed that this is a women right’s issue.

The former No. 1 pick said he would want to land with the 76ers if he got traded again, adding that he wants to play for Australia at the Olympics after not playing with the team since 2013.
