Jalen Hurts had his most productive game of the season last week but he won’t be able to build on that this week because he suffered a concussion in the first quarter of Sunday’s game against the Washington Commanders and is out.
Hurts was injured on the last of his three runs in that opening quarter when he clearly hit his head against the turf at Northwest Stadium in Landover, MD., and despite going back to the huddle after the tackle, he was forced to leave the game by the independent spotter.

A group of anglers got a lot more than they bargained for on Friday when a giant bull shark invited itself onto their boat.
Two-time U.S. National Spearfishing Champion Ryan Myers posted a video to his Facebook page this weekend that shows the shark fighting for its life on the deck of a 15-foot fishing vessel. He and two others were fighting a fish when the predator leaped out of the water, ate the fish, jumped over the angler and belly-flopped onto the fiberglass.
“The shark jumped into the f*cking boat!” one of the men yelled.

The Cincinnati Bengals need a lot of things to go their way over the final three weeks of the NFL season to make the playoffs. That generally means that star quarterback Joe Burrow has to put on his Superman cape every week. 
Well, early in Sunday’s game against the Cleveland Browns, Burrow showed that he had already shed the Clark Kent glasses to proudly display the “S” on his chest. 
Before that though, believe it or not, it was the Bengals defense who came up with the first huge play of the game.

Philadelphia QB Jalen Hurts was ruled out of a critical game between the Eagles and the Commanders
The Philadelphia Eagles can clinch the NFC East with a win today against the Washington Commanders at Northwest Stadium.
But they might will be without quarterback Jalen Hurts for the rest of the game.
With the Eagles driving midway through the second quarter the Philadelphia quarterback took off on a designed run. Hurts lunged forward near the first down marker, but not only did the Eagles quarterback come up short, but he went to the sideline following the play.
