As a sophomore, Rothenberger helped Champlin Park win 14 games in a row heading into the state playoffs. The coach of the team said Rothenberger had been doing a “phenomenal job” as one of the team’s main pitchers.

IOWA CITY, Iowa (AP) — Caitlin Clark fans will have to pay a premium on the secondary market if they want to be at Carver-Hawkeye Arena for Sunday’s matchup between the WNBA’s Indiana Fever and the Brazilian national team.
The average paid price of $440 per ticket on the secondary market as of Wednesday has made it the most in-demand event involving Clark, according to ticketing technology company Victory Live, which analyzes sales across the secondary market.
Clark will be playing on the court where she rose to stardom with the Iowa Hawkeyes.

Notre Dame football has been extremely active on the recruiting trail with sending out offers this week, and it didn’t stop on Wednesday.
The Irish coaching staff sent out three more scholarships with a focus on future classes. Notre Dame has had a great start to its 2026 group, but these recent offers haven’t been to their grade.
Florida safety Zayden Gamble was the first to announce his offer, as the 2027 prospect is ranked as the No. 152 overall player in the 247Sports Composite Rankings.
