Canadian clinical psychologist Jordan Peterson revealed earlier this week that the College of Psychologists of Ontario is demanding that he submit to mandatory social media training with their hand-picked experts or face the suspension of his license. (Spoiler alert: he is declining the training.)
Unlike the U.S., which has First Amendment protections, Canada has no constitutional guarantee to freedom of speech. The Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms, which was codified in 1982, is a rather wishy-washy document and only guarantees rights and freedoms on paper.

Yet another new law to turn all of California into San Francisco was passed by the California Legislature and signed by Gov. Gavin Newsom last fall. This one legalizes jaywalking, effective January 1, 2023.

Moore claims that California’s housing practices, which allegedly targeted black Americans between 1933 and 1977, had a direct effect on today’s homeless population according to the Daily Mail. It’s an argument that blames previous circumstances for homelessness rather than current progressive policies and eschews personal responsibility altogether.
