In newly released emails, Bill Belichick and his 24-year-old girlfriend Jordon Hudson were not happy with some of the things being said about them.
“I cannot believe that UNC would support me being called a ‘predator’,” the former New England Patriot and newly hired UNC Tar Heels football coach expressed in one of the emails to members of the school’s athletic department.
The emails were first posted by The Athletic and are a matter of public record.

On the same day the Detroit Red Wings were eliminated from the 2025 NHL playoff race, Wings prospects Axel Sandin Pellikka and Michael Brandsegg-Nygård were freed up when their club, Skellefteå, was eliminated from the Swedish Hockey League playoffs. That cleared the way for both to join the Wings organization and play some more hockey in North America.
Offensive lineman Max Scharping is back with the Steelers.
Scharping was signed off the Commanders’ practice squad last October and the NFL’s daily transaction report for Tuesday shows that he has re-signed with the team.
Scharping appeared in two games for the Steelers and played seven offensive snaps. He spent the preseason and training camp with the Eagles and signed to Washington’s practice squad after being part of the final cuts in Philadelphia.
The Texans took Scharping in the second round of the 2019 draft and he made 35 starts in 50 games with Houston.
NEW YORK — Brooklyn Nets forward Cam Johnson had the best season of his career with the Nets during the 2024-25 NBA season amidst a never-ending rumor cycle regarding his trade prospects. For the time being, Johnson will be in Brooklyn for the next two seasons, but if that changes, he would like to be kept in the loop by general manager Sean Marks.

Bears cornerback Kyler Gordon revealed Tuesday that he was not present for the first week of the team’s offseason program as the team and his agent finalized a contract extension.
Gordon and the Bears agreed to a three-year, $40 million extension that includes $31.25 million guaranteed on Sunday. It makes him the highest-paid slot corner in the NFL.
“I wouldn’t necessarily say [becoming the highest-paid at his position] was a goal of mine. At the end of the day, I just wanted to be the best at my position, period,” Gordon said, via Courtney Cronin of ESPN.
Denver, Colo. – The Colorado Avalanche polished off their regular season with a win over the Anaheim Ducks on Sunday. Now, they get five days of rest and preparation to prepare for round one of the Stanley Cup Playoffs, which start league-wide this Saturday. The schedule, per a source with the team, will not be released until the final game of the regular season concludes on Thursday.
With that said, E. J. Hradek with NHL Network says sources tell him things for the Avalanche will get started on Saturday.

A teenage baseball player (whose name has been redacted from reports due to his age) was filmed peeing in an opposing team’s water jug, before returning it to the visiting dugout during a March 25 game between Rio Rancho High School and La Cueva high school.

Harrison barred cameras and recording devices from the press session, but the quotes coming out are still shocking given how poorly the Doncic trade has played out for the Mavericks.
