World champion boxer Gervonta Davis pleaded guilty Thursday to four counts stemming from a hit-and-run.
The incident occurred on Nov. 5, 2020. Davis left a club in downtown Baltimore around 2 a.m., driving a Lamborghini with a police escort. But he ditched the escort, ran a red light and struck the passenger side of a Toyota Solara. He reportedly fled the scene of the accident.
The crash injured four people, including a pregnant woman named Jyair Smith.

Logan Kilgore, who was the offensive coordinator position at Isidore Newman School last season, will become Payton’s quality control coach for the passing game. It is his first coaching job at the NFL level.

Paul Pierce is one of many celebrities that jumped head first into the crypto game, but may be regretting that decision these days. The former NBA star is due to pay over $1.4 million after illegally promoting a certain crypto token.
According to the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), Pierce promoted a crypto sold by EthereumMax on social media but did so without disclosing that he was being paid to do so.
Pierce has agreed to pay $1.1 million in fines plus another $240,000 of ill-gotten gains plus interest, according to the New York Post.

Eagles star safety C.J. Gardner-Johnson has been fined $14,111 for lowering his head to initiate contact with the helmet on Chiefs running back Isiah Pacheco in the fourth quarter of last Sunday’s Super Bowl, according to a report from NFL Network’s Tom Pelissero.
The play did not draw a penalty flag during the game.
