Plus: Wizards and Clippers pick up road wins in their finales
With All-Star Weekend looming in Salt Lake City, UT, it was hard to know what to expect in the Association’s final night of post-break action. Some just hope to see their team enter the off-week intact, myself included.
Unfortunately, Giannis Antetokounmpo, an MVP candidate through the first two-thirds of the season, had a tough fall on a block attempt and sprained his wrist.

The running back was at risk of being released in the offseason.
The Packers and running back Aaron Jones have agreed to a restructured contract for the 2023 season, ESPN’s Adam Schefter reports. The decision means Green Bay will not release Jones this offseason and will instead keep the running back for at least the upcoming season.
Jones signed a four year extension with the Packers worth $48 million that started in 2021, but the team had a reasonable option to release him this offseason if they wanted. Jones will now make $11 million this year, along with an $8.

Why black is back this F1 season
In a sport where every millisecond matters, Formula 1 teams do everything they can to find an advantage on the track.

Chiefs rookie Jaylen Watson was feeling himself during the team’s Super Bowl parade.
Kansas City celebrated its third Super Bowl in franchise history Wednesday, and the parade was pretty entertaining.
However, it was on a different level for Watson. He got himself so hammered he needed a wheelchair in order to leave.
Sometimes you control the party. Other times, the party controls you. For Watson, it was definitely the latter during the team’s Super Bowl parade.

Chiefs Kingdom!!! Y’all were responsible for this . YOU GOTTA FIGHT, FOR YOUR RIGHT pic.twitter.

One would think Ole Miss would get a little more of a home run trot.
The Rebels did win the College World Series in Omaha, Nebraska, last June, and made it look easy. Ole Miss went 10-1 in NCAA postseason play and held opponents to one run or less five times during that run.
Their highest preseason ranking in the four major polls, though, is No. 4, and they didn’t make the top 10 in one. The SEC coaches even picked Ole Miss to finish fourth in the SEC West.
