The budding relationship between Jets quarterbacks Aaron Rodgers and Zach Wilson appears to clicking on all cylinders despite signs pointing in the opposite direction prior to the former MVP’s arrival. 
Back in early January, Wilson, following a poor second NFL season, went viral when asked about the possibility of New York adding a veteran QB in the offseason. 
“I’m going to make that dude’s life hell in practice every day,” Wilson told the world on Jan. 9 as rumors persisted about whom the Jets might acquire.

The Patriots had a rocky offensive season in 2022 in their first year trying to replace former offensive coordinator Josh McDaniels. Mac Jones regressed from his rookie season and the team missed the playoffs as Matt Patricia and Joe Judge ran the offense.
After the season, New England brought back Bill O’Brien as offensive coordinator. He spent the past two years at Alabama and previously replaced McDaniels with the Patriots back in 2010.
New England has yet to reach training camp, but the difference in coaching may already be apparent.

Through his first two seasons, Wilson has thrown more interceptions than touchdowns and was never able to earn the respect of his teammates. In the summer of 2007, Jimmy Butler got out of a car at a Chevron station north of Houston for nothing more than the promise of a chance. He had a high school degree, solid grades and test scores, and no plan for college other than what he told his driver, Alan Branch: “Whoever will take me. Wherever I get a chance.”
Branch, who ran a Texas high school scouting service, pulled out of the Chevron. He believed in Butler for reasons that were hard to explain, which may be why all the college coaches he lobbied said no.

Toronto Blue Jays have designated pitcher Anthony Bass for assignment. This move comes at an interesting time as the pitcher has been in the midst of an apology tour for appearing to support conservative boycotts of Target and Bud Light.
The team announced that they were activating righty Mitch White from the 60-day injured list. They then designated Bass for assignment. It hasn’t yet been revealed where the team plans to send him.
