Juan Soto is wasting no time winning over New York Mets fans. 
The $765 million star brilliantly shut down a heckler at a recent spring training game against the St. Louis Cardinals. 
Soto, 26, was reportedly being pestered by a fan in the stands—presumably cheering for St. Louis—who called the five-time Silver Slugger “overpaid” and “overrated.”

There is no evidence that black quarterbacks are treated differently in the NFL or college football, and there hasn’t been for a very long time. On the surface, that should be considered progress. However, there is a subsection within the media that refuses to let the narrative naturally subside.  
This week, ESPN commentator Ryan Clark responded to reports that Shedeur Sanders’ draft stock could drop because certain scouts find him “brash” and “arrogant.” Clark argued that the criticism toward Sanders could be rooted in racism.

Josh Allen is a very rich man. 
The reigning NFL MVP signed a six-year, $330-million extension with the Buffalo Bills this week that includes a whopping quarter-billion dollars in guaranteed money.
After inking the deal, Allen spoke with reporters on a livestream with 7 News WKBW about how he’s feeling and what he’s going to do with all that cash. One reporter asked Allen if he has any of that money “earmarked” as he prepares to tie the knot with his fiancée, actress Hailee Steinfeld. 
“Maybe a bigger ring with the wedding coming up?” the reporter asked.
