The Bills parted ways with offensive coordinator Ken Dorsey on Tuesday morning, the day after their disappointing loss against the Broncos on Monday Night Football. 
Head coach Sean McDermott addressed the departure of Dorsey and offered some insight into the organization’s decision to fire its OC after less than two seasons. 
“Just felt like it was time for change,” said McDermott, via Katherine Fitzgerald of The Buffalo News. “We need to be a confident football team and find consistent production. And that’s really what it came down to.

The San Diego Padres announced on Tuesday that Chairman and owner Peter Seidler passed away at the age of 63.
“The Padres organization mourns the passing of our beloved Chairman and owner, Peter Seidler,” said Padres CEO Erik Greupner in a statement.

“That’s what I’ve been saying, Deion Sanders in the SEC,” Smith said on ESPN’s Get Up. “With that vault that they have available to them. Them hogs that he could recruit.

The Las Vegas Raiders picked up an NFL cornerback with off-the-field issues … best of luck. Raiders interim GM Champ Kelly picked up former New England Patriots cornerback Jack Jones off waivers on Tuesday. The move was announced by NFL Network’s Mike Garafolo.

After suffering a back injury, Collin Morikawa is out of The Netflix Cup
Before the inaugural The Netflix Cup got underway on Tuesday, the first-ever live streaming sports event from Netflix, one of the featured PGA Tour golfers was forced to withdraw due to an injury.
Collin Morikawa, who was set to be paired with Formula 1 driver Pierre Gasly, suffered a back injury and had to withdraw hours before the event. Morikawa shared the news on social media Tuesday before The Netflix Cup was set to begin:

Earlier this season, we told you how the sports media had cast Josh Allen as the Big Bad White QB who gets a pass compared to his less privileged black counterparts.
The media turned to that narrative again on Tuesday, following the Bills’ last-second loss to the Broncos on Monday.
ESPN analyst Robert Griffin III applied the most used talking point available, tweeting “The industry talks about Dak’s ints the way they should talk about Josh Allen’s.”
Several ESPN analysts made the same argument.

Sports fans who have visited the Las Vegas strip have been left pondering how the city would transform the famous stretch of land into a Formula One racetrack.
Well, thanks to social media, a video clip on X takes sports fans along the 3.8-mile track route 20 drivers will encounter on Saturday night’s Formula One Las Vegas Grand Prix.
The video shows plenty of barriers and fencing as well as advertising boards and  spectator grandstands set up all along Las Vegas Boulevard.
