That was not, it’s fair to say, the start that Frank Lampard wanted to his second stint as Chelsea manager. It’s not just that his side lost 1–0 to Wolves, who are just four points off the relegation zone. It was the nature of the performance. Under Graham Potter, Chelsea had dominated games and failed to take its chances. At Molineux on Saturday, Chelsea was outfought and outplayed and didn’t even create the chances to miss.
“We needed more aggression,” Lampard said after the match. “We needed to be more competitive. That’s the base-line.

LIV Golfer takes a 36-hole lead into Round 3.
Round 2 at Augusta National was postponed Friday and pushed to Saturday morning to complete the round. Play at the Masters proved to be challenging for several golfers as they battled weather conditions so players made the most of what they could.
Some, however, didn’t have to worry about the weather as their second round play concluded prior to the weather rolling into Augusta on Friday.
With that said, here are the best and worst performances from the second round of play at the Masters.
After a promising 22–16 start, the Mavericks‘ 2023 season has turned into an unmitigated disaster.
Dallas is 16–27 since Jan. 2., and has fallen completely out of Western Conference playoff and play-in contention. Friday evening, the Mavericks lost 115–112 to the Bulls in a game they appeared to punt from the outset, sitting guard Kyrie Irving and removing guard Luka Dončić minutes into the second quarter.
With a lone home game against the Spurs remaining and the season lost, Dallas’s problems seem to be just beginning.
Brady Ware, a graduate student-athlete for D-II University of Indianapolis, put together a historic performance on Friday afternoon in the team’s 13–0 victory over Drury University.
Ware threw a no-hitter and hit for the cycle in the team’s victory, putting together one of the most impressive performances in the last several years across any level of college baseball.
Ware’s performance came in the second game of a doubleheader, meaning the games were only seven innings in length. Ware threw a complete game seven-inning shutout, allowing no hits and striking out 11 batters.
If more than two teams finish in a tie at season’s end Sunday, then get ready for complicated tiebreaker scenarios. A quick look at what to expect.
Tiger Woods has now made 23 consecutive cuts at the Masters, tying Gary Player and Fred Couples for the longest streak in the tournament’s history.
Baseball might be a team sport. But University of Indianapolis star Brady Ware is a one-man wrecking crew.
The 6-foot-1 graduate student threw a no-hitter and hit for the cycle in the same game.
Ware went 4-for-4 at the plate Friday night, racking up two runs and five RBIs. And it only took him five innings to complete the cycle.
On the mound, he struck out 11 batters across seven hitless innings in Game 2 of a doubleheader.
Who says pitchers can’t rake?
Indianapolis beat Drury University 14-0 in the Division II matchup.
Clayton Kershaw made his second start of the season on Friday night, but suffered his first loss as the Dodgers fell 6–3 to the Diamondbacks. However, during the start, Kershaw threw one of the weirdest pitches of his career.
As Gabriel Moreno stepped into the box to lead off the bottom of the fourth vs. Kershaw, the lefty began his windup, then made what appeared to be a jump throw to the plate after initially trying to stop his motion. It resulted in an 65 MPH lob that was well above the strike zone for ball one of the at bat.

Here’s hole-by-hole analysis as Tiger made his 23rd consecutive cut at the Masters Saturday.
USC has appears to have emerged as the favorite to land Bronny James, after a new prediction logged by On3’s Jamie Shaw.
Bronny, the eldest son of Lakers star LeBron James, finished a phenomenal senior season at Sierra Canyon in March and recently competed in the Nike Hoops Summit in Portland, Oregon and the McDonald’s All-American game, where he finished with 15 points, four assists and one rebound.
As Bronny remains undecided on his future basketball plans, Shaw prediction pushes the Trojans up to a 72.3% chance to land the 6’ 3”, 190-pound guard according to On3.
