Greg Hardy’s fighting career continues to be an absolute joke.
The former NFL player turned to combat sports after his career on the football field flamed out. However, it turns out that fighting and playing football are two very different things.
Hardy has already suffered some brutal losses, and you can now add another to the list.

Hardy was rocked twice and dropped in the 17th round of his Team Combat League boxing match against Alexander Flores.

Patrick Mahomes is no stranger to the diamond.
Before the Chiefs quarterback was slinging passes on a football field, the son of a former MLB pitcher was throwing no-hitters on the mound.
Mahomes, who is minority owner for the Royals, put his skills on full display Friday evening during the Royals’ Big Slick celebrity softball game before Kansas City’s contest against the Rockies at Kauffman Stadium.
While it was a game full of high-profile personalities, the two-time Super Bowl champion left no doubt about his skillset.

It is hard for some to believe that Tom Brady does not want to come out of retirement.
But after the seven-time Super Bowl champion told Sports Illustrated’s Robin Lundberg that he was “certain” about not playing in the NFL again, he explained why the new phase in his life will be centered around his Fox broadcasting job, his Raiders ownership opportunity and, most importantly, his kids.
Brady is the father of three kids. His son, Jack, is currently a quarterback at his high school.

ASU is likely to stay in the beleaguered Pac-12 Conference, according to a new report.
Jason Scheer of Wildcat Scoop reported that he believes ASU isn’t a candidate to leave the Pac-12 as of right now.
“Since I’ve seen it a few times, will go on record here,” Scheer said. “ASU is unlikely to leave Pac-12. Arizona is confident it can split when/if needed based on what ABOR has said.”

Shohei Ohtani is one of a kind.
Shohei Ohtani is all of the things. He’s a flame-throwing starting pitcher who is currently second in the American League in strikeouts. He’s a power-hitting slugger at the plate who is second in the AL in home runs. He also plays the game with a certain exuberance that makes him so much fun to watch and root for. Ohtani is one of the great talents the game has ever seen, and he’s the face of baseball right now even if he’s stuck on a middling team.

The former baseball player, and current Super Bowl QB, flashed his chops on the softball diamond Friday night
We expect to see amazing things from Patrick Mahomes on the football field.
But seeing amazing things from him on the softball field should not be a surprise either.
The Kansas City Royals held their Big Slick Celebrity Softball Game on Friday ahead of the team’s game against the Chicago White Sox. Mahomes, who has an ownership stake in the Royals, was one of the participants along with Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce.

Aaron Judge has continued his dominance with the Yankees through the first two months of the 2023 MLB season, fresh off of signing a massive deal to remain in New York last offseason.
But before the four-time All-Star signed his nine-year, $360 million contract to stay with the Yankees, Judge mistakenly became the center of a popular MLB meme when a report containing a rather glaring typo suggested that his time in the Bronx was coming to an end.

Churchill Downs, the most tradition-steeped thoroughbred racetrack in America, bucked tradition in bombshell fashion Friday. It announced that it is shutting down its spring meet at the tragedy-scarred track and moving operations to Ellis Park in Henderson, Ky., next week. The meet will remain there through its conclusion in early July.
This is in response to a spate of horse deaths—12 of them in a month’s time—and it is a departure from the industry’s old-school mindset.
