Rumors mysteriously sprouted on Monday regarding the Atlanta Hawks front office’s potential “green light” to pursue trades for star guard Trae Young.
The Ringer’s Kevin O’Connor reported that Atlanta’s front office “has the green light from ownership to do whatever it wants to with the roster, which includes considering trade opportunities involving [Trae Young].”

As most people by now understand, headline-worthy, front-office rumors about an organization are hardly coincidental.

People regard Adam Schefter as one of, if not the best, NFL reporters around. As such, many people have notifications on for his tweets. That way, when he breaks NFL news, those people can be among the first to know.
But that backfired Tuesday. The NFL news has been relatively slow throughout the day, outside of a trade between the Lions and Falcons including former #3 overall NFL Draft pick Jeff Okudah.
But for those with Adam Schefter tweet notifications, they thought the NFL world was coming down around them.

Shaquille O’Neal isn’t hiding his opinion on LSU star Angel Reese. Following the Tigers’ incredible run to the program’s first-ever college basketball national championship victory, Shaq declared Reese as the school’s greatest-ever athlete. 
During a recent episode of his podcast, The Big Podcast with Shaq, the former LSU great boldly proclaimed that he believes Reese is the best athlete to ever come out of the school.

The NBA legend’s “Air Jordan XIII Breds” that he wore during Game 2 of the 1998 NBA Finals sold Tuesday through Sotheby’s auction house for $2,238,000, the highest price ever paid for a pair of sneakers at auction. The previous highest amount—$1.472 million at Sotheby’s in ’21—was spent on a pair of Nike Air Ships that are the oldest-known pair worn by Jordan during a regular-season game.

Five-star running back Justice Haynes was the No. 1 player at his position in the Class of 2023 and the No. 27 recruit overall. The Georgia-native surprisingly committed to Alabama in July and signed with the Crimson Tide during the early signing period in December.
Haynes is going to be a monster. He is listed at 5-foot-11, 200 pounds and his arms are absolutely terrifying, in a good way.
