Vic Fangio will be the defensive coordinator for the Miami Dolphins next season, but he’s been busy for the last two weeks helping out the Philadelphia Eagles.
ESPN is reporting that after the NFC championship game, the Eagles signed a two-week deal with Fangio to help the team prepare for Super Bowl LVII. Fangio was brought in to help gain some insight into the Kansas City Chiefs‘ defense which he faced multiple times during his time as the head coach of the Denver Broncos from 2019-21.
The Birds were reportedly in touch with Fangio about taking on a consulting role earlier this season.

Everything about Saturday’s basketball game between Mississippi Valley State and Alabama A&M was top-notch entertainment. Not only did the game come down to the final seconds, but a cheerleader was ejected and the broadcast booth could not have been more fun.
Andre Williams, a mass communications graduate student, was joined by Caleb Brunson. Brunson played five years as a defensive back for the Delta Devils football team.
The two of them together is as good as it gets in the Mississippi Valley State booth!
Brunson knows how to get his team and its fans hyped.

Deion Sanders REALLY wants people to know Colorado isn’t that cold.
Sanders has been doing his best to convince potential recruits from the southern region of the country that Colorado really isn’t that cold of a place.
He previously claimed that it’s not that bad and stated, “I love my Florida boys. I know what they’re gonna give me. I know who they are. I know how to raise (them), and we have tremendous relationships bringing those kids from Florida. Once they realize it ain’t that cold, it’s gonna be all good from our Florida boys.
Last season, one of my favorite-looking cars on the grid was AlphaTauri’s AT03. The navy and white livery on a car featuring squared sidepods and a unique front wing made it look — at least to me — like an ultra-modern Jorda 191.
However, looks don’t always translate to on-track success, and the AT03 was kind of a dud. It was kind of a big dud. AlphaTauri finished P6 in 2021, and team principal Franz Tost’s goal of a P5 finish seemed very within reach.
In a letter to the school community, chancellor Dan Arvizu said he was “heartbroken and sickened to hear about these hazing allegations.
