Basketball has come so easy to Stephen Curry that he is apparently taking his talents to a new challenge: television. Deadline’s Peter White reports that Curry will co-star in a new NBC comedy show titled Mr. Throwback alongside actor Adam Pally.
According to the report, the series will be about a sports memorabilia dealer who reunites with Curry, his sixth-grade basketball teammate. Curry, of course, will play himself, while Pally will likely play the memorabilia dealer, and the show will be in a mockumentary style.

The 2023 Masters is upon us, the greatest four-day stretch golf has to offer has arrived, and as per usual, there are several intriguing storylines to follow heading into the year’s first major championship.
Some of the biggest storylines for this 87th playing of The Masters are the same as years prior, but while this year’s tournament has similarities to years past, it’s also incredibly unique with 18 LIV golfers in the field.
So many Black women knew exactly what the LSU star meant on Sunday night, about the box we’re expected to inhabit — not too loud, not too proud, not too accomplished.
Fulham star striker Aleksandar Mitrović is facing a lengthy spell on the sideline after an independent regulatory committee issued a punishment to him following an altercation with a referee on March 19.
During an FA Cup matchup against Manchester United, Mitrović was sent off with a red card after shoving referee Chris Kavanagh. Initially, Mitrović was issued a three-match ban for his antics during the match, but an additional five games have been added onto his sentence by the independent regulatory committee.

Fox LOVES big names. See Tom Brady and Derek Jeter.
At 47 with “hardware” in his legs and a twisted back, Tiger Woods knows that his days of competing at the Masters are dwindling. “That’s OK. I’m OK with that.
One of the most intriguing subplots of this year’s Masters tournament is the rivalry between LIV golfers and PGA Tour players. If you were hoping for some early-round fireworks, I’ve got bad news.
The Masters released tee times and groupings for the first and second rounds, and none of the big names from the two tours are paired together. Looking forward to a Brooks Koepka vs. Scottie Scheffler showdown? No such luck.
How about outspoken LIV critic Rory McIlroy playing with Open Champion and LIV defector Cam Smith? Nope.
As Tiger Woods prepares to compete in his 25th Masters, he isn’t sure how many he has left. The 47-year-old continues to deal with the life-changing effects of a near-fatal car crash on Feb. 23, 2021 and takes things day by day. He isn’t taking any moment for granted, because he knows that it could all end at any time.
Woods pushed through significant pain and finished all four rounds at Augusta National last year, a tough walk on healthy legs, and the struggle was especially evident Saturday and Sunday.
When the NFL draft begins later this month, the Texans are widely expected to take a quarterback at No. 2 overall. However, after the Panthers traded up to the No. 1 pick, Houston will likely end up with the second quarterback off the board.
The Texans might be using that to their advantage. According to NFL Network’s James Palmer, Houston has narrowed it down to two possible selections: Alabama’s Bryce Young and Ohio State’s C.J. Stroud.
“The Texans have the mindset right now of ‘Let’s see who gets picked at No.

Where does each signal caller end up? Here are our projections in a 7-round mock draft.
Quarterbacks rule everything in the NFL, including the draft.
Of course, it doesn’t hurt when there is major intrigue at the position going into the draft. That is certainly the case this year, as there are four major quarterback prospects projected to come off the board early on draft weekend.
So to celebrate, we’re going to conduct a quarterback mock draft through the seven-round process. Here we go:
First round
Carolina Panthers: C.J.
