Hard Knocks — an NFL summer staple for the better part of two decades — can’t find any takers with training camp just over a month away.
The once-popular HBO show — I say once because, well, nobody wants to be on it anymore — apparently even asked the Detroit Lions to come back for a second straight season.
According to the Detroit News, the Fighting Dan Campbells said no way, José, leaving the show in limbo with time ticking away.

His 2023 Formula 1 season has gotten off to a rather uneven start. He currently sits seventh in the standings, 128 points behind leader Max Verstappen, and 16 points behind teammate Carlos Sainz Jr., who sits ahead of him in sixth place.
And it is Sainz who has been the more consistent driver this season.

Nuggets coach Michael Malone was sick of his team not getting the respect they deserved. After a Game 2 win to go up 2–0 in the Western Conference Finals against the Lakers, he called out the media for perpetuating storylines that made it about the LeBron James-led team rather than Denver. 
“All everybody talked about was the Lakers,” Malone said. “Let’s be honest, that was a national narrative: The Lakers were fine.”
After those comments, Denver proceeded to sweep Los Angeles and beat the Heat in five games to win the franchise’s first-ever NBA title.
