Glenn Youngkin is in the March Madness spirit and it’s not even Selection Sunday yet.
With conference tournaments well underway, the Virginia Governor and rising Republican star released an apolitical ad promoting the best time of the year and all of Virginia’s major programs.
Politics aside, it’s everything we love about March Madness and has a very similar vibe to the old ESPN commercials from back before the network turned to woke garbage.

Japan took on rival Korea at the 2023 World Baseball Classic. Japan were led by Kensuke Kondoh and Shohei Ohtani who both drove in two runs. Yu Darvish got the win but gave up two earned runs and a home run. Japan defeated Korea 13-4 and advanced to 2-0 in the tournament.

The PGA Tour’s announcement about adding eight limited-field, no-cut elevated events to next year’s schedule has received mixed reviews. While the top players on the Tour are in favor of more no-cut, guaranteed payday events, the lesser-known players don’t exactly share that same sentiment.
Ryan Armour, a one-time winner on Tour, has been a long-time member of the 16-member Player Advisory Council (PAC) and he’s not on board with the addition of no-cut elevated events. He’s even more upset about the process, or lack thereof, that the Tour implemented to come to its decision.

Three Jets players continued to try and persuade Rodgers to join New York.
Over the past few days, Jets players have been very public in recruiting Packers quarterback Aaron Rodgers to agree to play for New York. While most of the recruiting has taken place on Twitter, a few Jets stars went one step further.
Earlier this week, Jets cornerback Sauce Gardner promised he would burn his cheesehead if the Jets traded for Rodgers.
On Thursday night, Gardner fulfilled his promise.
