If there were one word to describe the overall vibes in the Baltimore Ravens’ franchise right now, it would probably be “uneasy”. QB Lamar Jackson is still waiting to receive his extension, with reports of his asking price and the Ravens’ asking price being hundreds of millions of dollars off. Trade reports continue to swirl about the Ravens’ signal caller, despite the Ravens firing former offensive coordinator Greg Roman and hiring Georgia’s Todd Monken.

The team’s general manager explained what their thought process is.
The NFL combine is a time when teams can as get very creative when interviewing draft prospects. The Bears are in one of the more interesting situations entering the draft, as they have the No. 1 pick and want to be extremely careful when evaluating players. Typically, that evaluation process doesn’t include games, though.

Carter, 21, turned himself into authorities at Athens-Clarke County Jail late Wednesday after Athens Police issued warrants for his arrest on misdemeanor charges of reckless driving and racing on Jan. 15 in Athens. He allegedly was racing with Georgia recruiting staffer Chandler LeCroy at extremely high speeds shortly before LeCroy crashed and later died.

He has family ties to the longtime Arena Football franchise.

NFL free agent wide receiver Antonio Brown has purchased an ownership stake in the Albany Empire of the National Arena League, the team announced on Thursday.
Brown, who will be a part owner of the team, will also be joined by his dad Eddie, who will also be part of the franchise. Eddie Brown was a star offensive player for the Albany Firebirds in the 1990s.
