Unlike its counterparts in the NFL, there is a consistent lack of transparency around college football hires from the institutions doing the hiring.
If you follow NFL coaching searches, you’ll notice a simple level of transparency that seems radical if you’re a college football fan.

That is an NFL team announcing it interviewed a coaching candidate (in this case, one it ended up hiring). You didn’t see anything like that from Nebraska’s Twitter account during the search that saw Matt Rhule landing the job.

While there isn’t a plethora of white Americans in the league, Simmons very clearly enjoys Herro’s game, which is why he has awarded him with his second straight Mokeski Award.

The Brooklyn star reportedly told the franchise he wants to be traded ahead Thursday’s deadline.
Hahahahahahaha. [Deep breath.] Hahahahahaha. Sorry, we will get to the analysis soon, but it is simply still hilarious that Nets’ All-Star guard Kyrie Irving has requested a trade, per multiple reports. Irving, 30, is currently in the final year of the four-year deal he signed with Brooklyn in 2019. He reportedly told the team that if he is not traded he will leave as a free agent this summer.

The Athletic’s Shams Charania was the first to report Irving’s trade request. According to Charania, Irving will leave Brooklyn this offseason if the Nets don’t trade him before the deadline.
