Minnesota Vikings wide receiver shared a somewhat cryptic message on social media over the weekend following his team’s loss to the Los Angeles Rams. He not only claims that there was nothing cryptic about the message, but that that it had zero meaning behind it at all.
Addison posted a photo to his Instagram story with the caption ‘Free 3.’ Most immediately assumed this was him not-so-subtly complaining about a lack of touches this season. The second-year wide receiver caught two passes on three targets for 22 yards during Minnesota’s loss to the Rams.

The NBA season just opened, but these three teams should already be worried.
The NBA’s 82-game regular season is so long and tedious that few teams are ever really out of it until after the All-Star break. Take the 2021-2022 Boston Celtics as the chief example: Boston was just 25-25 through its first 50 games, then finished the year 26-6 before running all the way to the NBA Finals.
The new NBA season has been underway for only a week, but that’s already long enough for a vibe check around the league.

A pair of title fights headline the storylines for the F1 São Paulo Grand Prix
Four race weekends remain in what has been a thrilling Formula 1 season.
And everything is on the line.
Unlike last season, when the grid arrived in Brazil for the São Paulo with Max Verstappen having already clinched the Drivers’ Championship, and Red Bull its second straight Constructors’ Championship, both titles are up for grabs as the teams head to South America.

The theory that the series-deciding Game 5 of the WNBA Finals was rigged was alive and well after the New York Liberty knocked off the Minnesota Lynx in overtime earlier this month. While the Liberty have already had their championship parade and all the dust appeared to be settled surrounding the situation, there is a new development, and it doesn’t exactly help quiet discussions about Game 5 being rigged.
Just as a quick rewind as to how the game ended, New York Liberty forward Breanna Stewart drew a questionable foul with five seconds left in regulation with her team trailing by two.

The Detroit Lions dominated the Tennessee Titans in practically every way possible on Sunday except in getting consistent pressure on quarterback Mason Rudolph. Coach Dan Campbell’s team had one sack.
That was collected by middle linebacker Alex Anzalone, and it made absolutely no one forget the Lions seemingly need to address their pass rush by the Nov. 5 NFL trade deadline.
“No, we know when the deadline is, so we’ve known what that is,” Campbell said. “We’re still talking about it, and they’re still working through it. I’m not concerned.

Ferrari and McLaren might be battling to the wire, but they are having fun doing it
Fans who were dreaming of a Constructors’ Championship fight during the 2024 Formula 1 season seem to be getting their wish. Carlos Sainz Jr.’s emphatic win Sunday in the Mexico City Grand Prix, along with a third-place finish from Ferrari teammate Charles Leclerc, vaulted Ferrari ahead of Red Bull in the standings, putting them just 29 points behind McLaren in the title race.
Sainz’s victory marks the sixth straight Grand Prix win for either Ferrari or McLaren.

Three events remain on the FedEx Cup Fall schedule, as countless players have plenty on the line before the season concludes.
After Nico Echavarria’s win at the ZOZO Championship last week, only three events remain on the PGA Tour’s FedEx Cup Fall schedule.
The tour takes a hiatus this week before heading to Cabo San Lucas, Mexico, on Nov. 7 for the World Wide Technologies Championship.
