Stephanie Turner, a Senior Women’s Foilest in USA Fencing, protested against facing a transgender opponent by taking a knee last weekend. Turner, 31, was matched against Redmond Sullivan, a trans-identifying biological male, during The Cherry Blossom Open, hosted by USA Fencing.
Due to her actions, Turner was given a “black card,” the most severe penalty in fencing. That meant she was disqualified from the tournament, had to be escorted off the premises, and could face suspension from future events.

Shoring up the linebacker corps will be key if Carolina wants to be competitive this season.
The Panthers looked like an absolute mess to begin the 2024 season. Bryce Young’s play was so underwhelming to begin the year that he wound up benched for Andy Dalton for several games before returning to the lineup reinvigorated. Still, Young ended the year with just 15 touchdown passes to nine interceptions in 12 starts. If the Panthers want to turn their fortunes around fast, they absolutely must get more from Young in Year 3.

Five-time major winner Brooks Koepka continues to play on LIV Golf, but some speculate that he could return to the PGA Tour soon.
By the end of the 2025 golf season, Brooks Koepka will find himself in an unprecedented position: his contract with LIV Golf will have expired, leaving him as a ‘free-agent’ of sorts.
Granted, that could change between now and then. Koepka could sign an extension and remain on the Saudi-backed circuit for years. Then again, rumors about Koepka’s desire to return to the PGA Tour have swirled for months.

Golden (5-11, 191) ran the 40-yard dash in 4.29 seconds, the fastest time by a receiver at the NFL Scouting Combine.

The biggest hole on the Buccaneers roster is at inside linebacker. While Bucs legend Lavonte David has signed on for a 14th season in Tampa Bay, his retirement is imminent, and there are no other established linebackers on the roster. The Bucs must draft the future of the position this year.
These are the scenarios the Bucs face at the inside linebacker position in the 2025 NFL Draft:
Best case scenario: Drafting Jihaad Campbell in the first round

It would be hard to argue that Alabama’s Jihaad Campbell is the best inside linebacker prospect in this year’s draft.
