‘Far from convincing…’ – Chris Sutton gives Liverpool v Palace prediction as Reds duo slammed
Chris Sutton has hesitantly tipped Liverpool to maintain their 100% Premier League record for April when they host Crystal Palace at Anfield this afternoon.
Victories over Fulham and Everton, coupled with slip-ups for positional rivals, have seen the Reds open a five-point gap to Brighton in sixth and with a game in hand, and another three points today would represent a massive step towards securing Champions League football for next term.

NEW DELHI: Punjab Kings are on a six-match unbeaten streak — five wins and a no result — in the ongoing IPL. Two more wins would equal their best-ever run from 13 years ago. Their next opponents, Delhi Capitals, are on the opposite end of the momentum scale.
With three wins in six played and three losses in the last four, DC are sixth in the IPL standings. The only win in the last two weeks was a penultimate-ball win over Royal Challengers Bengaluru in Bengaluru.
The next two weeks could make or break the Delhi Capitals campaign with four of the next five games at home.

Williams can be that guy. He projects as a slot receiver for the Commanders, but general manager Adam Peters believes he’s more than that. Washington believes Williams can help outside or in the slot.

Guardiola admits Stones’ fitness troubles have held him back during Man City career

Manchester City manager Pep Guardiola has reflected honestly on John Stones’ struggles with injury over the course of his time at the Etihad Stadium.

Miami quarterback Carson Beck and Penn State quarterback Drew Allar both landed in ideal spots that could offer opportunities to them sooner rather than later.
Beck, who some refused to believe could be the third quarterback drafted, became exactly that when he was selected by the Arizona Cardinals with the first pick in the third round (65th overall) on Friday night. He’ll enter a Cardinals franchise that expects to have Jacoby Brissett as a bridge starter in 2026, but will be motivated to get a look at Beck if he earns it.
