There is only one explanation for the embarrassing beatdown the Boston Celtics handed the New York Knicks on Tuesday night: performance-enhancing drugs.
At least that’s what Knicks guard Josh Hart is going with.
While plenty in the NBA world predicted the Celtics to come out of the gates a bit sluggish to begin the new season fresh off of winning the title, Boston came out of the gates on fire against a new-look New York team.

The NFL trade deadline dominates this edition of the of All That And A Bag Of NFL Mail.
The deadline is Nov. 5 at 4 p.m. (ET).
And my prediction is we’ll see maybe a handful more notable trades between now and the deadline because there are multiple teams, including the Panthers, in sell mode with players on expiring contracts.
Some of those available players are promising contributors this year for teams wanting to upgrade for their playoff run.
So let’s get to it:

The Arizona Cardinals saved their playoff hopes with a standout defensive performance
The Arizona Cardinals did WHAT?
The Cardinals came into the week as one of the worst run defenses in the league, by any metric. Near the bottom in both EPA and Success Rate, they faced a Chargers’ offense that was one of the most physical in the entire league.
And they shut them down.
Arizona held the Chargers to 59 yards rushing, -0.14 EPA per carry and a 35% Success Rate on the ground in their 17-15 victory.

But he faces a minor inconvenience this week. He is in Japan, making his first appearance in the ZOZO Championship since 2019.

We are about halfway through the college volleyball season and these names have stood out.
We’re starting to get about halfway through the college volleyball season, with conference races heating up, larger and larger crowds being filled and stars shining on the court.
With some newer faces and known stars, here are some of the most impressive players on the court this season.
Los Angeles Lakers forward Rui Hachimura was feeling himself a bit after helping lead his team to a 110-103 win over the new-look Minnesota Timberwolves on the opening night of the NBA season. So much so, in fact, that he elected to call out three-time All-Star Julius Randle after the game.
Hachimura, who scored 18 points for the Lakers in the win, turned heads during the game when he pulled of a monster dunk over Minnesota big man Rudy Gobert in the first half. Not only did he literally dunk on Gobert, he figuratively dunked on Randle during his post-game press conference.
Fantasy football analyst Pranav Rajaram discusses his expectations for several confusing backfields heading into Week 8.
Not many QBs through the years were as inaccurate as Richardson has been this season.
Joe Flacco probably gives Indianapolis a better chance of winning than Anthony Richardson right now, but Indy is playing the long game with its second-year QB.
