It has been a scary situation out in Los Angeles with the wildfires that have raged over the last week or so, but it’s far from over, and now Los Angeles Lakers star LeBron James has revealed that his family was forced out of their home.
According to Daily Mail, James and his family have a $23 million mansion in the famous Brentwood neighborhood.
The NBA’s all-time leading scorer spoke to the media and offered his condolences to those affected by the wildfires.
“I have a couple of dear friends that have lost their homes in the Palisades,” he said.

Jon Gruden is not thrilled with the current state of college football.
During an appearance on Thursday’s episode of OutKick’s Don’t @ Me, the former Super Bowl champion head coach lamented the lack of loyalty that college players now have to their teams. Before NIL and the transfer portal, collegiate student-athletes battled it out for their schools for four years in a row.
Not anymore.
“Repetition is the mother of learning. Right now, you’re just seeing a bunch of rental clubs,” Gruden told host Dan Dakich.

Washington Capitals superstar Alexander Ovechkin is closing in on the NHL’s all-time goals record, and he’s currently just 22 goals away from passing Wayne Gretzky’s once-thought-to-be unbreakable mark of 894 career tallies.
But while we have our eyes on that chase, let’s take a moment to remember one of the most unbelievable and iconic goals of Ovechkin’s career.
Thursday marks 19 years since Ovechkin broke everyone’s brain by scoring a goal while sliding on his back.

American tennis star Danielle Collins was set to retire at the end of the 2024 WTA campaign, but in October she made a U-turn and decided to give it a go for at least one season. After the show she put on following her second-round win at the Australian Open on Thursday, you can’t help but think how unbelievable she would be as a heel in the professional wrestling world.
While Collins may have been the favorite on paper entering her match, the pro-Melbourne crowd wanted to see Australia’s Destanee Aiava pull off the upset against the No. 11 player in the world.

What the heck is this?
Spend a few minutes on social media and you’ll stumble across some grifter trying to explain why AI is going to revolutionize everything. Then you find an entire recreation of Cam Newton’s career starring a minion and you realize the awe-inspiring power and utter terror of giving people the tools to create anything.

I’ll give it this: I appreciate the completeness.
