The NCAA has a new highest-rated wide receiver in the transfer portal, and Texas A&M is gearing up to make a serious run at the former Aggie commit.
On Monday, Hayes Fawcett reported that Auburn WR Cam Coleman will be entering the transfer portal. Coleman was a human highlight reel once he found his rhythm, and he looks every bit like a future NFL wideout after producing stellar numbers despite below-average quarterback play. This is a major development for Aggie fans, as Coleman was a hard commit to Texas A&M until Jimbo Fisher was fired, prompting him to flip to Auburn.

Arsenal injury latest: Jurrien Timber, Kai Havertz and more
Arsenal injury update ahead of crucial Aston Villa clash
Arsenal finish 2025 with Aston Villa at the Emirates on Tuesday, with the visitors three points back after eight straight wins. Bournemouth away follows in the New Year, then Liverpool visit on January 8, so Arsenal’s injury list has become part of the title conversation.
Arteta wants continuity, but the next week requires choices. Arsenal need bodies at full back and sharper options up front to keep their pressing and control intact.
Chennedy Carter is again putting up ridiculous numbers playing in the Women’s Chinese Basketball Association (WCBA). Carter is leading the league in scoring, averaging 30.9 points per game while shooting 52.8% from two-point range.
Alongside her dominant scoring display, Carter is tallying 6 rebounds and 4.9 assists per game for the Shanghai Swordfish. This on-court success is nothing new; last year, she was named Player of the Year in the WCBA.

One of the biggest games on the entire Week 18 slate is the last game of the 2025 NFL regular season, when the Baltimore Ravens visit the Pittsburgh Steelers. The winner secures the AFC North title and the final playoff spot in the AFC, while the loser is eliminated from the playoffs.
Whether Lamar Jackson will take the field for that game is “to be determined,” according to head coach John Harbaugh:

Scott Drew and Dabo Swinney coach different sports, but in many ways they share a similar career arc. Both doubted and dismissed early in their tenures and both deeply rooted in Christianity as a prominent part of their coaching brand, they pushed their programs uphill against the impossible, finally breaking through for national titles that cemented their status among the best in their era.
As of Monday, it still has not yet been decided whether quarterback Anthony Richardson will be activated for the Indianapolis Colts’ season finale against Houston this week.
Richardson remains on injured reserve. He was placed on IR on Oct. 12th after suffering an orbital fracture during pre-game warmups.
Richardson returned to practice two weeks ago. He has participated in all six practices since then in a limited capacity.
“We’ll see on that,” Shane Steichen said when asked if Richardson would be activated.
Barcelona delay decision on Christensen replacement despite long-term injury
Bad luck struck Andreas Christensen hard once again in December. The defender suffered a partial tear of the anterior cruciate ligament in his left knee during a training session and will be sidelined for around four months.
Under La Liga regulations, Barcelona are allowed to sign and register a replacement player if the injured footballer is expected to be out for four months or more.
This forecast must be supported by a medical report approved by the competition’s Medical Commission.
Sunrisers Eastern Cape continued their winning start to this year’s SA20 with a commanding 48-run win over Pretoria Capitals.
After electing to bat first, the Sunrisers posted 188-6 thanks to opener Quinton de Kock’s 77 off 47 balls and fellow South Africa international Matthew Breetzke striking 52 off 33.
England’s Jonny Bairstow was bowled by South Africa fast bowler Lungi Ngidi for two, but De Kock and Breetzke combined for a partnership for 116.
There will be no Victory Monday this week, as the Buffalo Bills lost 13-12 to the Philadelphia Eagles on Sunday afternoon, bringing their record to 11-5. The loss also clinched the AFC East division title for the New England Patriots, ending Buffalo’s five-year streak. It was an ugly game offensively, and it was the Bills’ lowest scoring total of the season.
Entering Week 17, Buffalo found itself with a few key contributors in safety Jordan Poyer, defensive tackle DaQuan Jones and tight end Dalton Kincaid.
The Bears are one of the best stories in the NFL this season, yet remain an enigma. We’re approaching Week 18, Chicago is 11-5, and we still don’t really have a clear idea if this team is a legitimate contender or not. Rookie head coach Ben Johnson has done a phenomenal job by transforming the Bears into a legitimate threat — but there are still mammoth holes on the roster, a feast-or-famine defense, and maturing players who might not have the next gear required to make a deep playoff push this season.
Sunday night’s loss to the 49ers was a distillation of Chicago’s season.
