The ending of Sunday’s game against the Washington Commanders is one the Chicago Bears would eventually like to forget. But according to Bears receiver DJ Moore, the matter isn’t closed yet.
The Commanders won on a Hail Mary touchdown pass from rookie quarterback Jayden Daniels on the final play of the game. In a wild sequence of events, Bears cornerback Tyrique Stevenson went up for a jump ball and tipped the football directly into the arms of Commanders receiver Noah Brown, who was standing in the end zone.

Martin should help drive considerable buzz around the new 3×3 basketball league given her enormous popularity.
Add Kate Martin to the list. Martin, fresh off of a rookie campaign with the Las Vegas Aces, is officially the latest addition to Unrivaled Basketball League, the new 3×3 women’s professional basketball that will take place during the WNBA offseason.
Martin becomes the 27th WNBA player to publicly commit to the league, joining an Unrivaled rookie class that already includes Angel Reese and Rickea Jackson.

Nick Bosa said he would not have a lot to say about his MAGA hat moment on national television Sunday night, but the San Francisco 49ers defensive end is doubling down on his point a day later.
Bosa shared a handful of photos on his Instagram account on Monday morning.
And his 1.4 million followers got a chance to see a photo of the player with his dad, former NFL first-round pick John Bosa, and Bosa arriving for Sunday’s game, and other stuff.

Greg Norman has revealed when his LIV Golf contract will expire amid rumblings of his uncertain future.
Greg Norman, the polarizing commissioner of LIV Golf, told Bob Harig of Sports Illustrated that his contract will expire at the end of August 2025.
This revelation came two weeks after Josh Carpenter of Sports Business Journal reported that Norman would shift into a new role within LIV Golf.

Something that was glossed over during this past college football offseason was Texas‘ schedule. With the college football world excited to see the Longhorns – as well as Oklahoma – join the Southeastern Conference it flew under the radar just how incredibly friendly Texas’ schedule truly was.
This past weekend, the Longhorns traveled to Nashville to take on Vanderbilt in what was their eighth game of the season.

Time is running out fast on Anthony Richardson.
It’s 2nd and 23 late in the third quarter of the divisional tilt between the Indianapolis Colts and Houston Texans, with Houston holding a 10-point lead. Second-year signal caller Anthony Richardson takes off under pressure, fights off a sack attempt before eventually being brought down by another Texans defender for no gain.

National sports coverage would lead one to believe that Major League Baseball is a distant third in popularity among professional sports in America, behind the NFL and NBA. That is not true.
The NFL is king, obviously. Football surpassed baseball as America’s pastime decades ago. Football is perhaps the last piece of monoculture left in America – football and Taylor Swift, that is.
But the idea that the NBA is more popular than MLB – as shows like First Take, Get Up, and SportsCenter suggest – is hardly supported by data.

If there’s one thing we can all agree on, it’s that concession prices at sporting events are getting way out of hand. So one person found a creative way to save some money on stadium hot dogs: by using Noah Kahan’s money to buy them.
It all started on Friday when the Grammy-nominated singer/songwriter hopped on his Instagram story to let his 2.9 million followers know that someone had stolen his wallet at the airport in New York.
“I was in LaGuardia airport today and somebody stole my wallet and is currently flying with it to Louisville, Kentucky,” he said.
