MLS might have just one-upped MLB with its own ‘City Connect-esque jersey series
Five Major League Soccer teams will be looking very cool during the heat of the summer months. On Tuesday, the league unveiled the Archive Collection, which includes third jerseys that will be worn by Inter Miami, both Los Angeles franchises, Portland Timbers, and Sporting Kansas City throughout the rest of the 2024 season.
The collection is a throwback-inspired series of jerseys, jackets, and even shoes by league apparel provider Adidas.

Major League Baseball commissioner Rob Manfred recently gave a significant update on when he believes the automated ball and strike system (ABS) will reach the big leagues. Speaking to the media before the All-Star Game on Tuesday, Manfred explained his thinking, and the league’s thinking, on the timing and implementation of the “robo ump” transition.
Manfred believes that there will likely be a “test” of the ABS system in Major League Baseball games for spring training in 2025. That would then line the system up for its official debut in the 2026 regular season.

We’ve reached the point on the calendar at which NFL training camps get underway, and the Kansas City Chiefs are one of those teams who are already putting in the work. 
This includes the guy who spends the season under center, quarterback Patrick Mahomes, but this season, Mahomes showed up to camp with something new for the first time ever: a TV.
