The seven-time Super Bowl winner is joining the ownership group of the 2022 WNBA champs.
Seven-time Super Bowl Champion Tom Brady has become part-owner of the defending champion Las Vegas Aces of the WNBA, it was announced on Wednesday.
The Aces said that that Brady was first introduced to the team while in attendance for the team’s home win over the Connecticut Sun in May of 2022.
“I am very excited to be part of the Las Vegas Aces organization,” Brady said in the team’s statement.
The NFL warned teams in a memo Thursday that a man who is uncertified by the NFLPA might be contacting teams on behalf of Lamar Jackson and reminded teams they can negotiate only with the quarterback since he isn’t represented by a certified agent.
Bayern Munich have sacked manager Julian Nagelsmann, according to multiple reports, and will bring in Thomas Tuchel as his replacement.
The non-certified rep named in the league’s memo does seem to have a connection to Jackson, but not as an agent.
The NFL Management Council sent out a memo to all 32 teams on Thursday warning of a non-certified NFLPA agent named Ken Francis who supposedly would be reaching out to clubs about negotiating a contract for Lamar Jackson. Shortly after, the Ravens quarterback responded to the report.
The NFL MVP clarified that he is still not represented by an NFLPA agent.
LeBron James is calling out the NBA media for running with loose-lipped reports on his return from a foot injury.
The 38-year-old Lakers star, who’s been sidelined since February, hit Twitter hours after he was reportedly re-evaluated for the injury.
Word then began to spread that James may be back for the Lakers as soon as Apr. 4’s game against the Utah Jazz.

James openly called out outlets, which undoubtedly includes ESPN and The Athletic, for forecasting his return without any real insight from LBJ’s camp.
It’s getting pretty expensive to enjoy America’s pastime. But at least the New York Mets are making an effort.
The Mets announced Thursday they are working on a $15 price point ticket plan for college students.

Sixteen weeks after reaching the World Cup’s round of 16 and facing the mighty Netherlands, a three-time finalist ranked eighth by FIFA, the U.S. men’s national team will take the field in tiny Grenada (population: 125,000) for a match against the 173rd-ranked Spice Boyz.
That’s what it means to be one of Concacaf’s heavy hitters. Sometimes you share the stage with giants, and sometimes you’ve got to mix it up with minnows.
There is something in golf known as “The Jordan Spieth Experience.” It’s hard to really describe. But, you know it when you see it. And boy did fans get to see it on the par-3 seventh hole at the WGC-Dell Technologies Match Play event.
On Wednesday, Spieth defeated Mackenzie Hughes pretty handily, 4&3. But Thursday’s match against Taylor Montgomery didn’t go nearly as smoothly. Like Spieth, Montgomery won his opening match on Wednesday against Shane Lowry.
Thursday’s match started poorly for Spieth as Montgomery captured the first hole with a birdie.

The NFL’s management council released a memo on Thursday informing teams across the league that a person named Ken Francis was attempting to persuade clubs to discuss potential negotiations for Ravens quarterback Lamar Jackson.
However, Francis is not an NFLPA certified agent and is not allowed to negotiate “offer sheets or player contracts” nor is he allowed to discuss “potential trades of any NFL player or prospective player,” per the league’s memo.
