In the mid-1970s, Raymond Chester converted his garage into a clubhouse. The former Raiders tight end enlisted the help of two of his closest friends from his days in Oakland, and the trio got to work, drinking beers and assembling his blue pool table and three-foot speakers blasting David Bowie.
Mahogany panels on the walls with a burgundy carpet and a kennel full of Great Dane puppies right outside, the players got to talking about what they wanted to do later in life.

Former Buffalo Bills punter Matt Araiza is speaking out after false accusations of joining a gang rape derailed his career.

Sitting down with Tomi Lahren on OutKick’s Tomi Lahren is Fearless, Araiza shared his experience surviving allegations. Despite losing his dream job in 2022, the truth has given him another shot at playing in the pros.

After essentially turning his body into a human boulder by lifting and eating everything in sight for about two years, Bryson DeChambeau has endured some noticeable weight loss in fast fashion.
DeChambeau’s experiment of bulking up in a chase for swing speed and distance paid off in the form of a U.S. Open win in 2020, but he’s been inconsistent at best since his win at Winged Foot and his more recent move to LIV Golf.

After sending two teams to the playoffs last year, the AFC North could be even better this season.
While the Bengals and Ravens remain postseason favorites, the Browns are slated to get a full year of quarterback Deshaun Watson after he was suspended the first 11 games of 2022 due to upward of 20 allegations of sexual harassment and sexual assault. In Pittsburgh, the Steelers have Kenny Pickett under center for his second season and have surrounded him with better talent including receiver Allen Robinson II and first-round left tackler Broderick Jones.

The NFC West might feature two of the best teams in the conference with the loaded Seahawks and 49ers.
Perhaps the Eagles remain the top team in the NFC, but the 49ers got better with the addition of former Eagles defensive tackle Javon Hargrave. The Seahawks might be serious contenders also after adding a top free-agent defensive tackle, too, in Dre’Mont Jones and possibly delivering another memorable draft class.
But it’s way too soon to worry about the NFC playoff picture. First, the 49ers and Seahawks need to clash in the NFC West.

Nick Kyrgios won’t be playing in the French Open after sustaining a foot injury due to his Tesla being stolen earlier this month.
According to Kyrgios’ agent, Daniel Horsfall, the tennis star’s mom was held at gunpoint in Canberra, Australia by a suspect who demanded the keys to the car. His mother called out for Kyrgios as he was nearby, and it is expected that he sustained his injury moments later as the suspect drove off in the Tesla.
“With all the stuff that was going on, Nick lacerated the side of his left foot,” Horsfall told Reuters. “We don’t know how.

The NFC West appears to be a top-heavy division that might split into two races by October.
After delivering another impressive draft class, the Seahawks will likely push the mighty 49ers for the division title, and they might be two of the best teams in the NFC.
As for the Cardinals and Rams, they might be battling for the No. 1 pick in the 2024 draft after saying goodbye to many key players this offseason.

The former Defensive Player of the Year poked some fun at himself on Thursday
T.J. Watt is one of the NFL’s best defensive players. The Pittsburgh Steelers pass rusher was named the league’s Defensive Player of the Year following the 2021 season, when he racked up a league-leading 22.5 sacks along with 21 tackles for a loss. Last season, while he did not repeat as the NFL Defensive Player of the Year, he recorded another 5.5 sacks over 10 games, and reached his fifth-straight Pro Bowl.

The AFC North saw plenty of movement this offseason.
While the Browns worked to upgrade their defensive front, the Steelers attempted to add sizzle to their roster both through trade and the draft. In Baltimore, the Ravens extended quarterback Lamar Jackson while giving him a pair of new receivers to work with. As for the defending division-champion Bengals, they found a new left tackle in Orlando Brown Jr., while remaking the back end of their secondary.
Below, we grade how each team fared this offseason, accounting for all factors.
