The Miami Heat and Boston Celtics meet in Game 7 of the Eastern Conference Finals on Monday night. If the Heat win, they would need to travel to Denver for Game 1 of the NBA Finals against the Nuggets. And, according to FAA records, that’s exactly what they’re planning to do.

The Heat have a flight scheduled to Denver, not Miami, after the game tonight, per FAA records.

You have to respect the positive energy that the Heat are putting out into the universe. Why not plan for the best-case scenario? Even though, as -7.

It doesn’t sound like Doug Mientkiewicz and Alex Rodriguez will be grabbing beers together anytime soon.
During a recent appearance on the “Foul Territory” podcast with A.J. Pierzynski and Scott Braun, Mientkiewicz launched a tirade against A-Rod, slamming him for his steroid use and even attacking his personal life.
Rodriguez was famously suspended for the entire 2014 season for his use of performance enhancing drugs. And Mientkiewicz took that personally.
“It’s painful,” Mientkiewicz said. “It’s like, wait a minute.

Braves starting pitcher Spencer Strider continued his torrid start to the season on Sunday during Atlanta’s Sunday Night Baseball clash against the rival Phillies.
Strider struck out nine batters across six innings of work, surrendering two runs and two hits. His nine strikeouts brought him above the century mark for the season, as he’s now registered 106 punchouts on the year.
He’s also the first pitcher to reach 100 strikeouts this season, and also became the fastest to do so in major league history, dating all the way back to at least 1893, according to Mark Bowman of MLB.com.

There’s a lot of focus on Colorado‘s upcoming football season as it will be Deion Sanders’s first year coaching the program.
With the added pressure on the team, the Buffaloes will need some extra hyping up in the locker room. Luckily for them, Sanders seems to be pretty good at doing just that.
Colorado posted a video of Sanders’s recent locker room message, and the coach’s words have a way of making anyone feel like they could run through a wall.
“We didn’t just bring you in here to just compete, we brought you in here to dominate, am I right or wrong?” Sanders said.

While Bronny James, LeBron James’s older son, has dominated headlines in recent months amid his college recruitment and eventual commitment to USC, his younger brother, Bryce, has been turning heads on the basketball court, too.
During a recent game, Bryce James could be seen finishing at the rim with an emphatic putback dunk that had fans stunned.
Naturally, comparisons to his famous father were immediately on the table, as the younger James son flashed some of his own excellence on the hardwood.

We may have seen the last of Lonzo Ball in an NBA uniform.
The Chicago Bulls privately believe Ball’s playing days are over because of lingering knee issues, according to 670 The Score’s Dan Bernstein.
On an episode of the Organizations Win Championships podcast, Bernstein said the Bulls fear the worst for Ball — but they don’t want to say that publicly.
“The other thing I heard is even though publicly there has been an expression of guarded optimism regarding a future for Lonzo Ball,” Bernstein said.

Already, the game had featured the first grand slam hit in a World Series, as well as the first home run in a World Series ever slugged by a pitcher. And then, Game 5 of the 1920 Fall Classic, offered up yet another dash of baseball history.
Cleveland (American League) was hosting the Brooklyn Robins (National League) at League Park. In the fifth inning, Brooklyn’s Pete Kilduff was on second base and Otto Miller was on first.
