Greg Penner reportedly held a follow-up meeting with Michigan’s coach as due diligence regarding the franchise’s head coach vacancy.
Broncos owner Greg Penner reportedly traveled to Ann Arbor to meet with Michigan coach Jim Harbaugh last week concerning the franchise’s head coach vacancy, despite the Wolverines coach stating firmly that he would remain with the program on Jan. 16.

If football doesn’t work out for Raiders defensive end Maxx Crosby, he might have a career in basketball. The 25-year-old, two-time Pro Bowler recently pulled up to a blacktop pickup game and put on a show.
Crosby, who received a big extension with Las Vegas on a special day in March, had a career year this fall. He combined for 88 total tackles, 58 solo, with 12.5 sacks and three forced fumbles.
Even if Patrick Mahomes tries to act otherwise, Crosby is a beast.

The Denver Broncos met with Michigan head coach Jim Harbaugh again, according to a new report.
Adam Schefter revealed on Saturday that Harbaugh met with Broncos owner Greg Penner in Ann Arbor last week.
The meeting came just a few weeks after Michigan’s president had reaffirmed their commitment to keeping Harbaugh. And after Harbaugh himself said he would remain in Ann Arbor.

Schefter also reported that the two sides did not come to an agreement after the face-to-face meeting.

The Pro Football Hall of Famer is adding another familiar face to his coaching staff with the Buffaloes.
Former NFL coach Mike Zimmer is headed to Colorado to join the coaching staff of Buffaloes first-year head coach Deion Sanders.
On Monday, Sanders confirmed the news in a video posted to Thee Pregame Show’s YouTube channel, saying that Zimmer “is coming too, by the way” as well as teasing the idea of others joining his staff. Sanders also emphasized Zimmer’s knowledge of the game and his ability to interact with young athletes.

Charles Barkley is Auburn basketball’s most notable alumnus. The Round Mound of Rebound played four years with the Tigers before going on to become the No. 5 overall pick in the 1984 NBA Draft and a Basketball Hall of Fame career.

However, Barkley almost did not play on The Plains. He did not have Auburn at the top of his list.
As the Tigers played to a three-point loss to the West Virginia Mountaineers in Morgantown on Saturday, Barkley joined the broadcast for a large chunk of the first half.
