Bronny James, the eldest son of Lakers star Lebron James, is among the country’s top high school players who were selected to play in the 2023 McDonald’s All-American Game.
Along with James, DJ Wagner, Isaiah Collier, Justin Edwards and Andrej Stojacković are also part of the 24 chosen to showcase their talents on the hardwood inside the Toyota Center on March 28.

A woman who says Hall of Fame boxer Mike Tyson raped her in the early 1990s is suing him under New York’s Adult Survivors Act, according to a lawsuit filed in the state earlier this month. 
The 56-year-old Tyson was previously convicted of rape in February 1992 in Indianapolis.

Lead referee Carl Cheffers will work his third Super Bowl.
The NFL announced Carl Cheffers will headline the officiating crew for Super Bowl LVII on Feb. 12. The rest of the crew will also include Roy Ellison, Jerod Phillips, Jeff Bergman, John Jenkins, Eugene Hall, Dino Paganelli and Mark Butterworth.
This will be Cheffers’s third Super Bowl, as he worked Super Bowl LV between the Buccaneers and Chiefs and Super Bowl LI between the Patriots and Falcons.
