Analyzing the various Super Bowl LVII prop bets available at SI Sportsbook for Eagles wide receiver DeVonta Smith.
DeVonta Smith had a record-setting season in his second year in the league. His 95 receptions were the most in Eagles history and he also set the record for the most catches (159) by a Philadelphia player in their first two seasons.
Most of that damage was done with Smith’s Alabama teammate Jalen Hurts throwing to the former Heisman winner. Even with the arrival of A.J.

The lead-up to the Super Bowl is filled with nonsense and annoying things.
1. I hate the Super Bowl. I’ve said this a few times recently on the SI Media With Jimmy Traina podcast, but, for me, the NFL season ends when the second conference championship game is over.
The game itself is fine, except for the fact that it’s played at a neutral field. I don’t understand why every single game of the season is played in one of the participating teams’ home stadiums, but then that changes for the biggest game of the season, but I digress. It’s everything surrounding the game that I hate.

Football didn’t work out for Bron Breakker but he’s an emerging star in WWE.
Three years ago, before he was NXT champion or a wrestling prodigy, Kennesaw State fullback Bronson Rechsteiner entered the NFL combine in search of his professional football dreams.
Known for his physicality, there was optimism that Rechsteiner could become the first player in Owls program history to be drafted, perhaps finding a home as a fullback or on a special teams unit.

Americans are expected to bet a shocking amount of money on the Super Bowl.

A survey released by the American Gaming Association indicates roughly $16 billion will be wagered on the game, according to ESPN.
50.4 million adults are expected to place at least one bet, which comes out to right around 20% of the country’s population.

Team USA skiers representing the country at this month’s World Championships will be wearing climate change-themed suits. Instead of fans focusing on the actual sport, the Americans want viewers to think about climate change as they barrel down the side of a mountain.
Members of the USA ski and snowboard teams have partnered up with the nonprofit organization Protect Our Winters (POW) for the Kappa-branded suits. The Americans will wear the suits throughout the World Championships in France, which officially began on February 6.
At first glance, the suits look awesome.

LeBron James is a student of history, and it would only be right that he broke the record with a skyhook.
At age 38, most professional athletes are either retired or watching from the bench as their careers wind down. LeBron James, however, isn’t like most athletes. At age 38, LeBron is averaging 30 points (something he has only done two other times in his career), 8.5 rebounds(the most since 2018-19 and over 7 assists per game.
We all know, however, what the entire basketball world is focused on this week.
