The Logansport Iron Horses were just fine traveling 12 hours to Canada and knocking off a first-place team, but they’re still adjusting to their new environs at the Berry Bowl.
They were handed a 142-113 defeat by the Lebanon Leprechauns on Tuesday to drop to 0-2 at home.
It was a close contest most of the way, which included an entertaining back and forth third quarter. The Iron Horses were within 98-91 early in the fourth before the Leprechauns pulled away.

HOUSTON — Rockets forward Dillon Brooks could be facing a potential one-game suspension after picking up his 16th technical foul of the 2024-25 season. The university, located in Marion, has become an NAIA powerhouse in all sports.

ST. LOUIS (AP) — When Iván Herrera was signed by the St. Louis Cardinals out of Panama, he was excited to join an organization that featured one of his idols, Yadier Molina.
On Wednesday, Herrera accomplished something that Molina, Hall of Famer Ted Simmons or any other catcher in the Cardinals’ 123-year history hadn’t done, hitting three homers in St. Louis’ 12-5 win over the Los Angeles Angels.
“In sports, I think this is the best moment of my career,” Herrera said. “I’ve never hit three home runs in my career.

“He’s up front. He’s going to keep it real with you. He’s not going to sugarcoat nothing,” Tims said of Yoro in February.
