Is your college football team looking for a quarterback or another stud linebacker coming out of Spring practice? Luckily, coaches are about to get another window of opportunity to find an additional piece to their teams puzzle. For some, one or two pieces from the transfer portal could be the difference in fighting for a conference title.
The Spring transfer portal period opens for college football players on April 15th, and will run through the 30th. There are a number of schools still looking for a veteran quarterback that can come into the program and add competition to the room.

With the NBA playoffs set to start this week, DeMarcus Cousins has reportedly found a new team, but not one in the United States.
According to ESPN’s Adrian Wojnarowski, Cousins is signing with the Guaynabo Mets, a franchise in the Puerto Rican Professional Basketball League. The 32-year-old will play with the team this spring with the hope of finding a way back to the NBA in the near future.
Cousins has been without a team this NBA season after last playing for the Nuggets during the 2021–22 campaign.

Duke star forward Kyle Filipowski will forgo the NBA draft and return to school for his sophomore season, he announced on his personal Twitter account on Tuesday morning.
“Being at Duke this past year has been such a blessing,” Filipowski said. “This team, this place, the [Cameron] Crazies, have been incredible. And I know you’re wondering what comes next. When I committed here, I said I wanted to help continue the Duke legacy. I said I wanted to help Coach Scheyer build the foundation. I said I wanted to leave a legacy of my own. I meant what I said: same dynasty, new legacy.

The WNBA’s next crop of stars
The first three picks in last night’s WNBA draft went just as most people expected they would. Then things got a little weird.

As YouTube TV enters its first season with NFL Sunday Ticket after purchasing the rights back in December, the streaming service announced how much the package will cost.
For people who already have YouTube TV, adding NFL Sunday Ticket will cost an additional $249 if purchased before the season begins. However, if the addition is bought after the season starts, it will cost $349. This would be on top of the $72.99 per month that YouTube TV’s basic plan runs at right now.

Formula One’s popularity has boomed around the world over the past several years, thanks to a robust social media presence and an omnipresent Netflix series.
However, its drivers’ newfound fame has come with a dark side.
On Sunday, driver Charles Leclerc asked fans to refrain from showing up at his home unannounced, expressing frustration with a sudden influx of unsolicited visitors.

A bevy of new rules came to major league baseball this offseason that have generated a lot of interest. Between the bigger bases, the restrictions on defensive shifts, and the pitch timer, MLB games look a lot different this season.
Some would argue the new rules saved the game.
One rule change that has not received the same attention is the limitation on position players taking to the mound.

People planning on buying NFL Sunday Ticket on YouTube better be ready to shell out some cash.
YouTube, which is part of Google, scored the rights to the popular NFL product for roughly $2 billion annually after it was with DirectTV for decades. Now, the tech giant has released its pricing structure and it’s not cheap.
YouTube TV subscribers will be able to purchase NFL Sunday Ticket for $349 for the base package and $389 for the upgraded package with Redzone and the NFL’s linear cable TV channel, according to CNBC.

Some videos just hit you. They speak to your soul on a viscerally relatable level. Seeing this man turn himself into a human Christmas tree just so he can tote his bags home on a Lime scooter.

This isn’t just a food-needy man, he’s a well-prepared grocery store warrior.

It’s been a big offseason for Dolphins quarterback Tua Tagovailoa.
Tagovailoa, now healthy after concussion issues sidelined him for portions of last season, will be the team’s starting quarterback for at least the next two seasons after Miami picked up the fifth-year option on his rookie contract.
He’s also sporting a new look, which he unveiled at his charity event over the weekend with his family: a mustache.
