Bryson DeChambeau – AKA your current Moving Day Masters co-leader – was in the lab creating his current set of irons till the very last second earlier this week.
That’s right – the Mad Scientist was mixing and matching all the way up to the 11th hour on Tuesday, and waited until the last possible second to print those bad boys up and get the OK from the folks at Augusta National and the USGA.
Legend.
I mean, that’s just an insane little nugget. Some old school folks will scoff at it and call Bryson a weirdo, but not me. I’m all in. That’s a Leader of Men.

Jon Rahm barely made the cut in his Masters title defense, but in doing so, he cited unplayable conditions during Friday’s second round.
Jon Rahm has not had his best stuff this week at Augusta National.
But the defending Masters champion still managed to make the cut, thanks to a couple of key birdies on the 15th and 16th holes late during the second round.
Prior to that, however, Rahm looked like he would miss the weekend.

Despite his early retirement, Andrew Luck still has a cannon for an arm. And he’s putting it to good use.
On Friday night, the Indianapolis Colts held their 12th annual Chuckstrong Tailgate Gala. Named after former Colts coach and cancer survivor Chuck Pagano, the event raises awareness and money to combat the deadly disease. And this year, the franchise welcomed its former four-time Pro Bowl quarterback to participate in the festivities.
“It’s great. I get excited coming back to this building,” Luck told reporters.

Two of the game’s top players spent ample time at the Tournament Practice Area following a historically difficult day at Augusta.
One player holds a share of the lead at 6-under, while the other barely made the cut.
Despite their different positions on the leaderboard, Scottie Scheffler and Rory McIlroy worked well into the night on their swings after a brutal day at Augusta National.
The scoring average was 75.

It’s Moving Day at The Masters and Tiger Woods is in contention for a green jacket.
Nope – it ain’t 2005, either! It’s still 2024. You’re not dreaming. You’re awake, you’re alive, and you’re ready to roll with the Big Cat as we all chase a collective sixth green jacket together.
What a Saturday we have staring us in our fat faces. Does anyone on this planet have it better than us today? Trick question.
Of COURSE they don’t. This country is the best, and it’s really the best when Tiger Woods is hitting nukes at Augusta.

Earlier this week, someone named Dale Earnhardt Jr. celebrated the 26-year anniversary of his first NASCAR Busch Grand National Series win.
Yes, Grand National! Haven’t heard that one in a while, have you, NASCAR fans? That’s what the old Busch Series – now Xfinity Series – was called. God, this sport used to be awesome.
Anyway, where was I? Oh yeah, Dale!
Junior won his first Busch race on April 7, 1998, at Texas Motor Speedway while driving his daddy’s famous No. 3.

The best job in the world right now is being a professional umpire, referee or official, because if any of us blew as many calls as they did – we’d be on LinkedIn unemployed looking for a new gig.
The latest, almost sinfully wrong call has to do with who else but ‘Atrocious’ Angel Hernandez.
All baseball fans know his name – and it’s not for anything positive. But alas, we are less than 3 weeks into the MLB season and Hernandez has had multiple absolutely dreadful calls so far – but last night took the cake.

Kansas City Chiefs kicker Harrison Butker attended the Christian-themed “Stronger Men’s Conference” in Springfield, Mo., to discuss how his faith helps his NFL career.
Speaking with Sen. Josh Hawley (R-MO), Butker shared the intricacies of how he deals with the mental aspect of his game. He mentioned that because he has so much downtime during the game, he’s made it a point to make sure his mind stays constantly sharp.
