The defending NBA champion Warriors lost Game 2 to the Kings on Monday night to fall behind 0–2 in their first-round playoff series.
The loss came with a controversial moment midway through the fourth quarter that led to Draymond Green being ejected and could possibly lead to another bigger punishment from the league for Green, who has been suspended from a playoff game before.
Green stomped on Domantas Sabonis‘s chest after the Kings’ forward fell to the ground in the paint. The refs gave Green a flagrant 2 foul and kicked him out of the game.

Arkansas is apparently incredibly proud of last season.
The Razorbacks finished the regular season 6-6 and beat 6-6 Kansas in the Liberty Bowl to close out the year 7-6.
It was by all metrics and measurements a very average year. By definition, when you’re around .500, you’re average. In America, being mediocre doesn’t generally get rewarded.
Well, that is unless you’re a member of the 2022 Arkansas Razorbacks team.

Micah Parsons feels the same way about taxes as just about everyone else:
He hates it.
The Dallas Cowboys linebacker is currently on a four-year rookie deal valued at just over $17 million after being the 12th overall pick in 2021.
While he lives in a state with no state income tax, you know Uncle Sam will happily come take a bite of his 2022 earnings, which was just under $1.5 million in contract earnings.
Paying taxes has apparently lit a fire under Parsons‘ butt. Once you realize how much money you’re losing, you quickly realize you need to make more.

With spring now the busiest time of the year for roster shaping in men’s college basketball, let’s take a look at the sport’s 10 most compelling offseason story lines as programs shift their focus to 2023-24:
1. Kentucky’s player churn as John Calipari enters crucial credibility season
Since giving Calipari a so-called “lifetime” contract worth $86 million in 2019, Kentucky’s return on that massive investment has been a pittance.

Matt Jones has turned into quite the confident character since joining LIV Golf. In a recent interview in his home country of Australia, the 42-year-old reflected on the moment he signed with the Saudi-backed league before taking a shot at Americans and their mindset about traveling, of all things.

Alabama QB Bryce Young has canceled his remaining pre-draft visits, per sources — another sign to back up belief within the league that the 2021 Heisman Trophy winner will be the #Panthers’ pick at No. 1 overall.

As a Draymond Green fan and apologist, it brings me no pleasure to say this: Green was unequivocally wrong for his stomp, jump and eventual flagrant two foul at the expense of Domantas Sabonis in the fourth quarter of the Warriors’ Game 2 loss to the Kings on Monday. It may have cost Golden State the game. And it’s possible that foul alone could have serious ramifications for the rest of the series, which the Dubs currently trail 0–2.
The play in question was bizarre. After a missed shot by Sacramento, Sabonis crashed to the ground after fighting for an offensive rebound.

Golden State Warriors forward Draymond Green was ejected in the fourth quarter Monday night, after stomping on the chest of Sacramento Kings forward Domantas Sabonis during a 114-106 loss that put the defending NBA champions in a 2-0 hole.
