Japan rallied from 3–0 and 5–3 deficits to stun Mexico, 6–5, in the semifinals of the World Baseball Classic Monday night, setting up a showdown against the United States in the championship game.

Randy Arozarena was on fuego during Mexico’s World Baseball Classic semifinal, but Team Japan answered with a thrilling walk-off win over Mexico to steal all the thunder from Arozarena’s stellar performance.
Japan advances to the championship round to take on Team USA in what should be a thrilling duel between baseball powerhouses on Tuesday.
It was a deflating loss for Mexico as they failed to seal the deal with a 5-4 lead heading into the ninth.
Preceding Japan’s comeback was a lights-out performance from Arozarena, who appeared to be catching anything that flew left all evening.

The World Baseball Classic has produced some tremendous TV the past couple of weeks and that continued Monday night when Japan beat Mexico by scoring two runs in the bottom of the ninth to punch their ticket to Tuesday night’s final against Team USA. 
Japan’s star third baseman Munetaka Murakami got the dramatic game-winning hit that scored two runs to give Japan a 6–5 win. It also created an incredible scene on the field in Miami. 
You know what else was incredible? The Japanese TV call of the moment. You’re going to want to stop what you’re doing and watch this.
