The seven-time champion spoke with GQ about his F1 present and future
The biggest story in Formula 1 right now? The upcoming driver transfer market. With over half of the grid driving on an expired contract, this year’s “silly season” figures to be one for the ages. Of course, it was all kicked into high gear with the stunning news that Lewis Hamilton, the seven-time Drivers’ champion, would be leaving Mercedes at the end of the season to drive for Ferrari.

A feminist group in the United States called the National Organization for Women (NOW) is of the belief that transgender athletes – biological men – should be allowed to compete in women’s sports. As for those who are of differing opinion, well, they’re white supremacists, according to the group.
NOW has specifically taken issue with the Independent Council on Women’s Sports (ICONS) announcing that it will be exclusively funding support for a lawsuit against the NCAA and its regulations allowing male athletes to compete in women’s sports.

Caitlin Clark continued to prove she’s an awesome person following Iowa’s win over LSU.
The Hawkeyes beat the Tigers to advance to the Final Four behind Clark’s 41 points, and fans were treated to an incredible show Monday night.
What Cailtin Clark is capable of on a basketball court is nothing short of incredible. To call her a star doesn’t even begin to cover it.
However, Clark also regularly puts on display the fact she’s a class act when it comes to dealing with fans. It was no different Monday night after eliminating LSU.

Social media was electric after Caitlin Clark and Iowa sent LSU packing out of the women’s NCAA Tournament.
In what was probably the most-hyped women’s Elite 8 game ever, Clark scored 41 points and dished out 12 assists to lead the Hawkeyes to a 94-87 win. It was absolute domination on Clark’s part. She was simply incredible as she led Iowa back to the Final Four.
A matchup against UConn now looms on the horizon, but before we focus on that, people had plenty to say Monday night.

Carson Wentz is still hanging around in the NFL.
Wentz, the second overall pick in 2016, spent part of last season with the Rams, but has failed to have any real impact as a starter in the league for the past couple years.
Many have wondered if his career will be over sooner rather than later. It might be, but it’s not going to come to an end right now because he has a new deal.
Adam Schefter reported early Tuesday morning that Wentz agreed to a one-year deal with the Kansas City Chiefs.

Leave it to Portland to screw things up.
Monday night’s USC versus UConn Elite-8 matchup featured one of the worst mishaps ever visibly seen on a basketball court.
Don’t adjust your television set … the 3-point line does actually look atrocious. UConn won 80-73 and advanced to the Final Four.
NCAA officials discovered over the weekend that the three-point line at Moda Center in Portland, OR., was slightly off. Maybe two steps too close to the basket.

ALBANY, NY – The LSU Tigers women’s basketball team has used “media hate” to fuel their fire this season, and they didn’t let the fire die even after Caitlin Clark and the Iowa Hawkeyes eliminated the Tigers on Monday night in the Elite Eight.
Both Flau’jae Johnson and Hailey Van Lith attacked the media during their postgame press conference, saying the press unfairly criticizes Angel Reese. Reese cried as her teammates made their remarks.
Without prompting, Johnson jumped to the defense of Reese.
