Aaron Rodgers appeared on the Pat McAfee Show on Wednesday and explained to the world why he no longer wants to play for the Packers and that he is committed to playing for the Jets if the two teams can work out a deal. 
The 39-year-old QB also went in on ESPN’s Adam Schefter. Rodgers shared that he got a text message from the NFL insider and he wasn’t too pleased to be hearing directly from him.
Rodgers didn’t mince his words in his response to Schefter, telling him: “Lose my number. Nice try.

The Patriots have reportedly shown interest in several free-agent wide receivers that include Cardinals’ DeAndre Hopkins and Broncos’ Jerry Jeudy, according to The Athletic’s Jeff Howe.
Reports of New England’s interest in the receivers comes after Jakobi Meyers signed a three-year, $33 million deal with $21 million guaranteed with the Raiders on Tuesday, according to NFL Network’s Ian Rapoport.

Aaron Rodgers went on the Pat McAfee Show on Wednesday and with nearly half a million people watching, he explained why he no longer wants to play for the Packers and why he intends on playing with the Jets. 
Rodgers explained in detail how his time “in the darkness”—the darkness retreat he embarked on in late February—played a part in his decision to play another year in the NFL. He said Green Bay made it pretty clear to him after the retreat that the team wanted to move on from him as their quarterback.

As the Jets and Packers continue to negotiate over the future of Aaron Rodgers, the quarterback went on the Pat McAfee Show to make his intentions clear: he wants to be in New York.
Rodgers stated that he plans to play for the Jets next season, and that the trade discussion between the two teams is the only thing holding up the deal. He said that Green Bay has made it known that they would like to move on from the 39-year-old.
“The Packers would like to move on,” Rodgers said.

The Bills are reportedly expected to retain one of the key cogs in their defense in 2023: star safety Jordan Poyer.
According to NFL Network’s Ian Rapoport, Poyer is expected to re-sign with Buffalo after exploring other possibilities around the league. The two sides still have to work out the specifics of the new deal, but it’s very likely that the Pro Bowl defensive back will remain with the team for a seventh consecutive season.
