Fresh off his appearance on season two of Netflix’s “Full Swing,” Justin Thomas paid a visit to the Ed Sullivan Theater in New York to chat with Late Show host Stephen Colbert.

Georgia running back Trevor Etienne was arrested on Sunday morning and charged with four misdemeanors — DUI, reckless driving, affixing materials that reduce visibility of windows/windshield and failure to maintain lane/improper driving on the road. Details of the arrest were announced on Tuesday by the Athens-Clarke County Police, and they are very concerning.
According to 247Sports, Etienne was driving away from downtown Athens when he locked up the brakes of his gray sedan.

From the department of “What else is he going to say?” comes a quote from Minnesota Vikings head coach Kevin O’Connell. The Vikings signed quarterback Sam Darnold to a one-year contract this off-season after Kirk Cousins left to sign with the Atlanta Falcons.
As of now, Darnold slots in as the team’s starting quarterback. However, the Vikings are likely to select a rookie in the NFL Draft to compete for that role. Since the Vikings hold the 11th pick in the first round, they’re unlikely to land one of the top quarterback prospects.

The San Francisco 49ers found themselves in a bit of trouble that will cost them a draft pick and it was all thanks to a clerical mistake that led to a player being paid an extra $75,000.
…And the fact that the player on the receiving end of that unintended bonus didn’t want to give it back.
According to SFGate, the NFL announced that the 49ers 2024 fourth-round pick was being dropped four spots. and the team was also forced to give up its fifth-round pick in 2025.

The NIT is heating up with some great matchups on deck.
The NIT rolls into the Final 8, and it’s been an incredible tournament thus far. This has been exactly what the secondary tournament was created to be, with snubbed mid-majors getting to shine and prove to the world that amazing college basketball exists outside of the big dance.
There’s no doubt that making the NIT was a disappointment Indiana State.

ORLANDO – The NFL meetings are winding down and that means the multiple face-to-face conversations among general managers and head coaches about possibly trading draft picks is done.
This year, perhaps more than at any time in memory, those conversations are rooted in the need to find a quarterback.
No less than seven teams picking within the draft’s first 13 picks will be involved in a quarterback-driven decision of some sort.
Some teams are looking for a quarterback and will pick one where they stand in the draft. Some are looking to improve their draft slot to take a quarterback.
