San Francisco 49ers quarterback Brock Purdy has the next best odds at +200. Purdy was +330 entering championship weekend.

On Thursday, the Washington Commanders hired Dallas Cowboys defensive coordinator Dan Quinn, filling the NFL’s final opening among the head coaching ranks. 
The 2024 coaching carousel saw eight head coaching jobs switch hands, a full quarter of the league. The group features some interesting dynamics—five are first-time NFL head coaches and three are under 40 years old, continuing a trend of very young hires. Perhaps most interestingly, five are coaches with a defensive background vs. just three who coached offense. That comes after a very defense-oriented season in the NFL.

Rich Paul, the agent for LeBron James, told ESPN last week that James won’t be traded before Thursday’s deadline, and if you know anything about the way the Lakers operate, that probably settles that. Paul, who also represents Anthony Davis, wields significant influence in the organization. If James, the face of the franchise since signing with L.A. in 2018, doesn’t want to be traded, chances are he won’t be.

The Philadelphia Eagles center spent this past weekend in Orlando playing in the Pro Bowl and on his way off the field on Sunday he spotted a topless fan who had his No. 62 painted on his chest. Kelce loved it so much he took out his phone and snapped a photo of the fan.
