There’s a narrative around the Pro Bowl that the flag football game isn’t a serious matter.
Well, don’t tell that to Baltimore Ravens legend Ray Lewis.
The Pro Football Hall of Fame linebacker joined Peyton Manning’s AFC team Sunday in Orlando as the defensive coordinator. Lewis was heated throughout the matchup, specifically directing his frustrations toward the officials at times.

Two-time NBA champion and former University of Detroit standout Earl Cureton died Sunday morning at 66 years old. The cause of death is unknown.
Cureton, who was born and raised in Detroit, helped lead his local college to a 1979 NCAA tournament berth before getting drafted by the Philadelphia 76ers in the third round of the ’79 NBA draft. He played for several teams throughout his professional career and won an NBA title with the 76ers in 1983 and the Houston Rockets in 1994. He retired at 39 in 1997 as a member of the Toronto Raptors.

Let’s take a deep dive into the Suns since Bradley Beal returned.
When the Phoenix Suns pulled the trigger on a blockbuster deal to land Bradley Beal, they entered the “Super Team” club. They further cemented their status in this category when they inserted themselves in the Damian Lillard deal in order to nab the likes of Jusuf Nurkic and Grayson Allen.
Unfortunately, early season injuries impaired our ability to truly analyze and assess the new-look Suns.
Los Angeles Dodgers fans got their first glimpse of two-way star and offseason grand prize Shohei Ohtani in his new team’s jersey at Dodger Stadium on Saturday.
Ohtani was one of 27 Los Angeles players, along with mainstays Mookie Betts and Freddie Freeman, as well as fellow newcomer Tyler Glasnow, to attend a sold-out DodgerFest fan event.
Dodgers fans brought the energy, too.
As Ohtani, flanked by several security officials, walked up steps at Dodger Stadium, fans cheered as if he had just hit a home run in the World Series.
