It sounds like Arch Manning will remain on the bench for the Texas Longhorns for the foreseeable future.
Some fans have wondered if Manning could jump Quinn Ewers on the depth chart following the team’s playoff loss to Washington, but it’s simply not going to happen. Longhorns head coach Steve Sarkisian made that crystal clear with some comments this week.

The former BYU star has had a very rough time in the NFL since being picked second overall in the 2021 draft. He entered the league facing huge expectations and many fans already consider him a bust.
With Aaron Rodgers seemingly ready to roll week one of the 2024 season, the team might try to shop around Wilson. If it does, the return might be comically low.

CHICAGO (AP) — Chicago Blackhawks forward Tyler Johnson returned Wednesday night against Minnesota after being sidelined by a right foot injury. Johnson was activated from injured reserve, and defenseman Louis Crevier was recalled from Rockford of the American Hockey League. The addition of Crevier gives coach Luke Richardson some insurance on the blue line with the team going into a busy stretch after the All-Star break.
