You can’t expect Jim Harbaugh to hop on a podium and not drop a mind-boggling answer.
Just a week after comparing himself to Moses from the Bible, Harbaugh gave another memorable quote, this time reacting to a contested suspension of one of his defensive stars.
Chargers safety Derwin James was suspended after Week 3 due to a helmet-to-helmet hit on Steelers tight end Pat Freieurmuth.
NFL fans were mixed about James’ one-game suspension, which NFL exec Jon Runyan attributed to the safety’s ‘history’ of unsportsmanlike hits.

Just like that, Caitlin Clark’s legendary season is over.
In a blow-for-blow contest, the Connecticut Sun eliminated the Indiana Fever, 87-81, to end Clark’s all-time rookie campaign. It will be a year that goes down in WNBA history.
Clark became the first-ever WNBA rookie to record 25 points, five assists and five rebounds … but the exceptional statistical night wasn’t enough to muscle the Fever to a win in the elimination game (best-of-3).

A new trend in college football is continuing to pick up steam, with another player deciding to sit out the rest of the 2024 season, using the redshirt rule. This time it’s USC defensive lineman Bear Alexander.
According to a report from 247Sports, Alexander’s guardian, Tony Jones, confirmed that Alexander will be taking a redshirt season. This means that Alexander will sit out the remainder of the 2024 season. This opens up the opportunity to also look around for a new home next season if he wants.

Caitlin Clark doesn’t want to go home empty-handed in her first WNBA postseason series and is fighting (really fighting!) to stay alive.
Clark played a feisty first half against the Connecticut Sun on Wednesday as the Fever face potential elimination in the best-of-three series.
The Fever rook led a pair of heated moments in the first half of action — first getting into it with Sun player DeWanna Bonner, then chirping with a courtside fan.

You’d think that a guy who has been in the public eye as long as Matthew McConaughey has wouldn’t have any hidden skills left up his sleeve, but he proved that to not be the case by unloading some impressive soccer skills/
And he did it barefooted to boot (pun intended).
According to Daily Mail, McConaughey was on the pitch at Q2 Stadium, the home of the MLS‘ Austin FC, where he is the Minister of Culture (which if I’m not mistaken is also his title with the University of Texas.
