Outside of his freakish ability to catch a football, AJ Brown is one of the more polarizing players in the NFL because he constantly shows emotion both on and off the field.
Sometimes his personality of wearing his emotions on his sleeve results in some memorable moments with the media, and his ducking of reporters after the Eagles’ collapse against the Cardinals in Philadelphia on Sunday is a prime example of that.

The Philadelphia Eagles continued to limp to the finish line of the 2023 regular season on Sunday, losing at home to the lowly Arizona Cardinals, 35–31, in what was easily the biggest upset of Week 17.
The Eagles now have lost four of their past five games and are far removed from looking like one of the best teams in the NFL.

Philadelphia Eagles center Jason Kelce walks off the field after his team’s loss on Sunday to the Arizona Cardinals at Lincoln Financial Field.

Once again, the Philadelphia Eagles found themselves on the losing end of a pivotal matchup, and coach Nick Sirianni didn’t hold back when assessing his squad on Sunday. With the regular season coming to an end next week, he said his team needs to get its act together posthaste.
“We have to get things fixed, and we have to get them fixed fast,” he told reporters after his team’s 35–31 loss to the Arizona Cardinals at Lincoln Financial Field.

Here’s what NFL scouts are saying about Michigan QB J.J. McCarthy as he ponders his draft decision.
Michigan Wolverines junior quarterback J.J. McCarthy will have a huge decision to make after the season — return to Michigan for his senior year or enter the 2024 NFL Draft.
McCarthy’s amassed a 25-1 record as Michigan’s QB1 and finished 10th in Heisman Trophy voting this season.

Texas is back. Here’s how the Longhorns finally rose to college football relevancy once again.
“This work will be all gas and no brakes,” was Steve Sarkisian’s motto he shared when the Texas Longhorns introduced him as the 28th head coach in program history on January 12, 2021. Sarkisian’s slogan represented the type of attacking football he wanted to play, backed by cultural lessons learned as the offensive coordinator at Alabama. In addition, he wanted staff capable of fixing a longstanding issue at Texas — the inability to develop talent.

There will likely be silly debates throughout the week about whether the No. 1 seeds should prioritize rest or rhythm before the playoffs.
The answer should always be rest when it comes to this grueling sport. Just ask running back Christian McCaffrey, who seemed thrilled about the possibility of getting two weeks to rest after the San Francisco 49ers clinched the NFC’s No. 1 seed on Sunday.
The Baltimore Ravens will also have the option of getting two weeks off after capturing the AFC’s No. 1 seed one week before the regular season concludes.

Well, the clock has officially reset. It’s a new year, meaning we get to spend the next month using that stupid that happened a year ago! joke a hundred times. Nice! Anyway, let’s get to NASCAR …
… on Jan. 1.
Yikes. Not exactly a laundry list of things to get to today, but does that mean I take my ball and go home? Hell no. You’re hungover and needing something to read between dry heaves on the toilet, and I’m up at 7 a.m. grinding for race fans all over this great country.
Did I see the ball drop last night? Come on. Hilarious. I was donezo by 11.

With one week to go in the 2023 NFL regular season, here is the current draft order
The order for the first round of the 2024 NFL Draft is coming into focus.
Now that Week 17 is finished, we can officially say that the Chicago Bears are on the clock.
Thanks to the Carolina Panthers’ loss to the Jacksonville Jaguars — and of course the draft between the Panthers and the Bears ahead of the 2023 NFL Draft that allowed Carolina to draft Bryce Young — the Panthers are now guaranteed to have the worst record in the NFL.

The past few years of postseason decisions regarding Jim Harbaugh and the NFL have lacked one common dominator, which is the NCAA. So heading into the College Football Playoff’s semifinal matchup against Alabama, Michigan fans are also once again thinking about the future.
No matter what happens today in the Rose Bowl, a decision regarding Harbaugh’s future employment will have to be made, with a contract extension waiting to be signed.
