I have no idea what the Charlotte 49ers were doing over the past four weeks of fall camp, but it sounds like they put in a little too much work as they prepared for the 2024 season.
Known as one of the best dressers in college football, I’m kidding by the way, Charlotte head coach Biff Poggi said that his team will be without close to 50% of its starters for the season opener against James Madison on Saturday.
That is an insane number of players to be without, especially when coaches are doing their best to keep their star players from getting hurt or banged up during fall camp.

WGNTV compiled pricing information from secondary market sites, and the numbers are nothing short of shocking.

The term “league-winner” gets tossed around too casually in fantasy leagues, but it’s still a worthy goal. And we’re here to help you reach it.
Nothing screams a new NFL season is finally almost here more than a player poll where players from around the league can voice their opinions of others under the veil of anonymity. With the 2024 campaign set to kick off next week, the anonymous player polls are arriving, and it’s become quite clear who NFL players think is the most overrated quarterback in the league.
ESPN recently polled 103 players from around the NFL and asked them a number of questions pertaining to signal callers, and some of the results were interesting.
Life after coaching continues to treat Nick Saban well, whether that’s on College Gameday, hitting the golf course or shooting a commercial with VRBO.
While he’s gotten away from yelling at players and assistant coaches on the field, the former Alabama head coach is now known as the ‘Worst Vacation Rental Host Of All Time’, thanks to VRBO. As we’ve witnessed over the past year, Nick Saban has shown a side of himself that fans of college football had never seen before.
