Women’s South American U17: Gigi and Mari Gigante hail Brazil goals
The Brazil Women’s National Team secured their first three points in the South American Women’s U-17 Championship by defeating Venezuela 2-0 in their tournament debut. Brazil’s goal scorers, Gigi and Mari Gigante, celebrated the achievement.
“I’m feeling very happy. It’s the result of a lot of hard work, and we always want more. It was a hard-fought match, and Brazil had the motivation, confidence, and courage to keep pushing to extend the lead until the end,” said midfielder Gigi.
